God price and good usability if anyone knows of this stuff.

Get atleast a 6x8... You may save money now on a smaller one but i garuntee you will want a larger one down the road thus shelling out more cash...
 
6x8 at least as Lice said. Graphire series is good enough for most work, but it doesn't have shortcut strip which can be useful, and no tilt sensor (which is useful if you do digital painting).
