Bad news: no earlier access for those who preordered Hatred :(
Time for some bad news.

It appeared that it is technically impossible for us to make Hatred available earlier for people who made pre-orders.

We screwed this thing up, because we didn't check if it is possible before sending the official announcement :(

Game will be available on Monday, June 1st for everyone. We promise to reward you this disappointment in the future - we still have your e-mails in our database.

We are really sorry for giving you false hopes, we wanted to make you feel good, but as usual: ♥♥♥♥ happens.

But don't worry, it's not the problem with the game itself. Everything is finished and waiting for the official release. Today we're dispatching keys for press, so you may see first reviews and reactions on weekend.

Until Monday, then. We hope you will be pleased with what we have produced.

Well, that happened. All I can do is laugh. Alright, I'll check out the reviews, thanks for the update now instead of on Friday. XD

I guess DC just wants to fill us with hate to increase the bodycount on June 1st.

good news for me, means I can still thoroughly enjoy witcher 3 without being worried about playing other new releases.

Aren't the only people who have a steam key for Hatred the ones that preordered from the developers website?

I don't see the problem of activating these keys first as no one else has the game on their account anyway if they didn't preorder.

Oh well the devs decision I guess. Back to The Witcher I go :)

That makes no sense to me I am just confused, because I have had games before others for pre ordering, and others also have had games before me for doing the same ect. so I dunno. Now I wont be able to play v-v till tuesday
