shining tears and Cable deal wooo

went over to gamestop and seen SHINING TEARS for 29.99 new and though wow isnt this game 49.99 so i took it up to the counter and they go its 49.99 but cause someone stuck a 29.99 sticker on it they had to sell it for 30 bucks I was like WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

i then came home and got my mail. Inside was my cable bill and i almost had a heart attack. 196.42 for Diamond (4 movie channels and full cable and hi speed)

well i called up the cable company and after around 30 mins online i was able to get to a discount department and was able to talk them down to

Basic cable with full Digital cable with a DVR and Hi speed internet for 1 year for the low low price after tax to 99.67 (without discounts i would be looking at 135-140 for this) i was thinking about going down to Bare cable for 9 per month but I NEED MY DVR AHHHHHHH I cant watch tv now without the DVR

they offered to keep me in the plan i was in with all the movie channels for 140 per month but i though Hell i can go to blockbuster get 5 movies out at a time for 24.99 and have 15 bucks in my pocket...

i figure i break it down 65 for cable and 35 for high speed... I wanted to watch the VILLIGE this weekend on stars but it will be moving to Encore soon enough ( I already seen it i just wanted to tape it)
