I see we're they are coming from; within 1GB is really bad because we have a lot of people guessing odd numbers. (I know 1000 MB is not 1GB exactly, I am rounding up).

I do believe it should be changed to -/+ 250MB, this will eliminate the chance of multiple people having the right guess.
 
The 1000 MB means that the winner has to have the guess within 1000 MB. If like 10 people are within 1000 MB, then the closest person wins.

Also, desperately looking for US PSN+ codes (1 month or 3 month), or a share of it.

As Mrcheeses said.

the 1024MB rule is just to narrow down the "group" of winners.
this rule is just an "in case" no one guesses the size exactly (which none should..cheater)

Obviously if the game size is say 29GB >>> 29,696MB
#1 guesses 28.5gb >>> +512
#2 guess 30GB >>> -512

you can see both sizes would gives us two winners. This is a rare rare rare case.
I assume we'll just give it to whoever guessed first.

But seriously this just a phantom. its not like you're winning 1000 bucks. This is just for fun.
If two nincumpoops guess +/-1024MB of the game size, Ima personally monkey-steals-the-peach-slap em.
 
Now that I think of it Last of Us can be played after you download 50% of the game the install file will be under 25 GB (Unless Sony releases a firmware update that changes how games are installed). Lets say that the game size is 40 GB the download would be 20GB and once installed and playing the game the rest of the files will be downloading in the background.

I just think that guessing 50% of the game and the other 50% being the multiplayer is stupid.
