What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Nice first post after being a member for a year LOL. Congrats

 
So when I got my Trinity Universe and opened it up, I saw it had a manual. I didn't really inspect. Today I go to look more at it, and realize that the manual isn't even for Trinity Universe. Took me a minute to figure it out, but some how there's a Resistance 2 manual in my Trinity Universe case.

Worth complaining about? It was listed as like new, but I'm sure they just check for paper and think nothing of it.

Don't see how those relate, but ok. There's something missing from my game, while his was just from another region. My comment about being able to play it just fine was in reference to the fact that he can play an EU game on a US console. You're putting what I said out of context and making it seem if I said as long as he got the game and it's playable, there no issue. But yeah, go ahead and act like you know what you're talking about, bud.

Now send me that extra manual, and stop being a douchebag.

They are related because both items were not as described (I received an incorrect region, which has region locked DLC that I won't be able to access without creating a European account, and some people online have said that doesn't even work properly for this game). If my issue is fine since I received a not as described game that plays, why isn't yours? Hope you can understand that, dumbass. :dunce:

P.S. If anyone received a copy without a manual, I do have an extra manual for the U.S. version (someone on here complained earlier about it, but they said they were sending it back). Not for you, though. Just go ahead and complain to customer service and get your promo credit.

Yeah, I won't be complaining to get promo credit for a manual. At most I'd complain to CS to get a return. But you really just went full douche, right from the beginning. I was just stating earlier that your EU game is fully playable on a US console, and then you started calling me out because I sarcastically asked about complaining over a manual. If you were a regular around here, you'd know less than 5% of what I say is serious and has any relevance (like this post!).

BTW, it takes 17 seconds (I timed it) to create an account for EU DLC. And it works with the EU game just fine. I'll go ahead and start ignoring you now, so this thread doesn't get derailed by me anymore.

This will be the last post I make on this matter as well, but the fact is, both games were misinterpreted by them and both are valid complaints in my opinion. They both technically play, but by Amazon's own standards neither game was as described (if you sell on Amazon and sell games from other regions, it's considered the wrong product entirely.. and we all know "like-new" items should not be missing manuals if they came with one originally).Honestly, your original post was snarky and it seems like you don't enjoy when it's done back to you. I put a "winking" symbol next to my post to imply sarcasm and you were the one who started crying and name-calling first, and then act like you were being sarcastic?

On a good note, my other stuff from WD came in and it's all mint and complete... And all NA versions. :D

Just bought some bluetooth wireless headphones with my $10 promo credit and AWD credit. Not gaming related but very excited and anxious to get them.

Only have $43 left on amazon XD gonna have to buy a TON of kindle cards at bestbuy tomorrow to move some of that MASSIVE pile of credit I accumulated this last week and a half. Gotta stock up for the next bunch of good deals :)

It was crazy town. After getting my number at 9PM I left the busiest store to go get some Subway which happened to be next to the the fourth busiest store in the area and it was still insane. At least 100 people lined up at roughly 9:30PM and they weren't doing numbers for the first people to arrive.

GS are kind of scary around these things. I forget which game it was but where at least one store had someone shoot into the crowd.

 
also saw another article regarding gta v release, 3 men pretended to be police officers, so they can cut in line to purchse gta v. lol

It's a beautiful area, but it is surrounded by the bad parts of town. It's like an island.

Stabbing someone over a video game he rightfully got is stupid. That piece of scum should've just bought his own.


I also don't have an 360 or PS3 right now. All I've got is my 3DS right now. I left my DS elsewhere. I want to get a 12 GB PS3. I just need more GC.

Talking about weird things happening at GS, I was returning some games the other day and some lady ran in and said some kids stole her purse. I just shook my head, I live in a nicer area I thought I moved away from the fucking scums I guess not.

Well they do often take the bus/car/bike/etc. to the nicer areas where people have better stuff to steal and aren't expecting to be targeted.

I do live in CA. I'm saying that that area is like separate from the rest of downtown. The store is on the east side of the street but the west side of that street is whack. Panhandlers have a comfortable place to live there next to the shops in the east side.

Im guessing your out in LA from the sound of it. As much as I love LA its full of shit heads and people trying to come up I cant stick myself around that anymore.
