man I tried out Marvel Puzzle Quest. i LOVE it!

i loved puzzle quest 1 to death. pq2 didnt quite do it for me, and Bejeweled 3 is too plain.

Marvel PQ has a lot of personality. The game doesnt seem to rely on ingame purchases. It seems you can grind up points to unlock new skills for each hero. and there are probably many heroes to unlock.

I think i found my new casual game.

i loved puzzle quest 1 to death. pq2 didnt quite do it for me, and Bejeweled 3 is too plain.

I love TDU2 - that's my Skyrim for racing games; the game I always eventually come back to b/c there's just so much & too much to do.

Yeah, licenses can be tough - but if you can pass those, you pretty much can do ANYTHING in the game.

As much as I do like NFS: Most Wanted (2012), yep - it's missing certainly something. Namely, it's missing some personality and a bunch more of different type of race-types and/or missions.

Don't get me started on N€€d for $peed: Burnout Wanted (2012)... It's not actually bad, but it's shortcoming s are so numerous... I'll write up a proper rant later. ...again for the $5 base it was worth it, and I don't regret the extra $7.39 for the all the non-cheat dlc... but still a letdown. At least NFS:TR had a sense of progression and some memorable moments that gave me some satisfaction on completion.

I just got the same email. I haven't tested it out yet, but I believe it must be tied to the 35% off coupon since that's the only reward I activated a few days ago.

Now we just need to wait for something to use it on. Hmm...

Hmm... yeah, but at least mine is addressed to my uplay account... hmm, right that 35% off... I've been eyeing Uplay's sale on WRC3 for $7.50 and aother 35% really sweetens it... (WRC3 isn't on any client, but has an Advanced Physics Mod from the EC Sim Hardware guys (respected for their popular RBR Physics Mod ).

Sounds like a challenge. I do have PS+ and am looking forward to it dropping. I tend to prefer sim-ish racers, so I'm betting I'll like this better with a controller vs my G27 due to it's more arcadey driving physics. This is assuming I actually play it on either platform.

Personally, if I remember correctly I bought much more this past summer sale than I did last winter. But that's just me...it depends on which games you like, and as a Steam newbie there will probably be plenty you will want to pick up.

The Bundle-In-A-Box Indie Ordinary Gamer Bundle is live - hopefully the BTA will eventually come down but I doubt it.

Edit: These guys are off their nut. The "BTA" is now over $9 - either they use the same higher math that Gala uses to calculate their "average", or some of the devs thought it would be smart to buy their own bundle to jack up the average. I guess that's why they've only sold less than 30 bundles so far. Oh well, 22 days to go and there's always the $0.99 "happy hour" (the max I would spend on the entire bundle is $3).

BIAB is currently at a $0.99 minimum if anyone's interested. Hopefully this will bring the BTA down from the stratosphere. Good price for One Finger Death Punch if you don't already have it.

I've played a bit of it, and while it definitely takes some getting used to, once I got out of the terrible starting car I found the difficulty manageable and the game rather enjoyable. Also I love all the customization options, which always seems to be where the majority of my time goes in racing games (who cares about driving when I have all these purdy cars?) ^_^
