Dude, I 1000'd it, and that game was awesome. I had like over 200 hours of gameplay over it :D I just wish there was a sequel already.

This is one thing I never understood,Asuras Wrath is a excellent game.The entire game is not quick time events.But for some reason people like to bash it because of the random QTE but I don't see people saying that about Heavy Rain.

Did you count how many button sequences there are in the first two hours of playing it?

 
terraria controls kinda wonky but its under 50 mb so with a 60 GB hdd and space is hard to come by its refreshing to have small games on my hard drive that can stay there

I frickin' grind my ass to level 200, of course farm some rc and level 3 cursed weapon and armor, gambling to get the best armor with the right perks. That took shit long! And I also had to farm endlessly using my friend's pawn for rc and lvl 3 cursed items to give.

The thing is the game actually throws more than just QTEs.The boss battles are great,the story is great,The few "Beat em Up" missions are also pretty good. Anyone that is thinking about picking it up should for $10 because it is a good deal.

And also bringing up the "how many button sequences are in the first 2 hours" is also a something people never says about Heavy Rain and the entire game is button sequences.

None of the lost planet single player was too good but the first lost planets multiplayer was very very fun. one of my favorite multiplayer games of all time. But at this point i don't know if you'll find many people playing it.

 
I've been waiting on a good JP publisher sale, but I have most of these, and I feel like the remainder are strong GWG candidates.

What's the verdict on Lost Planet 2? I doubt servers are sufficiently populated, does it work okay solo?

For the record, I don't hate Asura's Wrath. I was just let down that it plays more like a show/move than a video game. Boss battles are fun (combines real time battle and button prompts). Worth $5- $10.

I did not mind the SP of the first LP but I agree the MP was an absolute blast. I put in more hours than I care to admit. Most likely dead though like you said.

Lost Planet 2 is one of the worst games I've ever played. Gave up after 3 chapters. Even co-op sucked ass. I'm not sure if LP3 was any better but I highly doubt it was.
 
$3.95 for RE5 Untold Stories bundle. Hell yeah, that is a must buy for me. Never played the two extra stories. Will also grab RE6 additional 3 mode pack for $4.49.

Time to get those missing achievements.

 
Finally going to pick up the RE6 DLC since the 3-mode bundle pack is 50% off. I wish the other one that isn't part of that pack (Siege Mode) would go on sale too.

 
OTR on sale again already? Tempting me again. Also RE6 for less than $5. I was not a fan of the Demo really but less than $5 is tempting. Lost Planet 3 would be a buy at less than $10 but not at $14.

Ahh crap that is RE6 DLC.

XBLDB is updating... anyone else more than mildly peeved that the only "gold exclusive" sales are an RB Green Day album, terraria and CODG?  All the good stuff (MM9, BCR, SF3, etc) are all silver and gold. *pouty face* makes me wonder why I keep renewing my gold sometimes. =/

Just beware that the Games on Demand version has Title Update 5 built-in, so you can't play customs with it. It's very convenient having both the physical copy and the GoD version though, I use the GoD version to play regular or online, and use the physical copy for customs.

Honestly don't play it that much enough enough to even care about customs.

What exactly is customs anyways? Care to explain?

Might jump on Off the Record this time. Been wanting to play that one for awhile. Do wish the Street Fighter themed dlc for Asura's Wrath would go on sale.

For those on the fence Asura Wrath's is a good game for $10. Yeah the gameplay isn't that great but the anime like story (a + for an anime fans) was one of the most enjoyable experiences I played last year. Oh and easy ass achievements aswell.

It looks like tonight's date ended up being a high maintenance gal. At last i get my longed Vergil's Downfall DLC. 

Out of all the RE, i think i've only played RE0, RE1. Now i'm looking at RE4 (which is an auto buy from what i've heard and read), RE: ORC, RE: Veronica X, RE 5 and Untold Stories, RE: Rev. Any insight or sustained suggestions of which ones i should grab and which ones i should avoid will be highly apreciated.

Yeah, the bitching died off pretty fast, but it had a trailer on Youtube that had several thousand dislikes within the first day or two. Honestly I thought OTR should have had a DLC upgrade option anyways.

If you've only played 0,1 then stick with Veronica. All the others are very different. Maybe try a demo for one of the newer ones. If you like it and have a co-op partner(s) 5 and ORC are fun. 5 can be enjoyable without a partner, but stay far away from ORC if only playing by yourself. 4 and Rev are good for playing solo (no co-op anyways).
