Possible Final Fantasy XIII Steam version?

http://www.square-enix.co.jp/fabula/FF13_Portal/
Yes please!

Bring ALL of the FF games here! :D

EDIT:

While I really didn't care much for Final Fantasy XIII and XIII-2 I will say that I'm glad to see more Japanese games making it to PC (especially high profile ones like this).

Now if only Atlus would follow suit and start porting over their Shin Megami Tensei games. At the very least Persona 4 Golden, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, Persona 3: FES (or maybe an enhanced Persona 3 Portable port), Digital Devil Saga 1 and 2, Nocturne and the Devil Summoner games.
Wo0t at more PC gamers wanting to go the MysterD route of wanting console-games also to hit the PC. :D

I have FIFA 12 (on Origin) - barely touched or played it.

Is FIFA 14 much different from that?
Anything new for game-modes or anything?
I think they changed the defending system (although you can switch it back) to where you need to be more patient and positionally sound in 2013. Everything else is just minor tweaks IIRC

They changed the transfer market to focus on scouting in 2014, but it's broken and sucks, at least on consoles (scouts will only ever recommend players for the level your club starts at, so if you pick a small team, it will generally suggest players who won't improve your side and may not even be good backups).

Well, here's hoping Monkey Island hits a decent sale.
I wish whoever did Monkey Island 1 SE had added achievements to the game. And that Telltale hadn't been so goddamned lazy and added some to Tales of Monkey Island.

But I digress.

*grabs a bottle of booze and chugs it down*

Did I mention I just completed L.A. Noire? *tosses the bottle and grabs another one*

Do these PC/Steam versions of Final Fantasy III and IV have options to play classic NES/SNES/Fiacom versions of the games?  Or even the PSX Chronicles version of IV?  I can't say I'm too hot on the DS's cutesy polygonal treatment.

I take it you enjoyed the wonderful ending? LOL
I expected it. I really expected it. Still.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

No. That would mean having to do actual work! Besides if DotEmu had done that we would get a poorly upscaled version of the games that freeze every five seconds and sounded godawful.

'grats, but completed or completed completed?
I got 42 of 60 achievements. The ones I'm missing are the ones you get for collectibles, doing specific things during cases, and getting five stars on all cases. Now that I've beaten the game I can go back and use the guides to get better ratings for my playthrough.

Edited to add:

Despite the downer ending, I did enjoy the game from start to finish, and found the story to be very, very good.

It actually became a thing within the past week, or at least that (Sep 14th) is when I noticed and wishlisted it.

Whoa! When did this become a thing? Just discovered it today. I hope it's good...GK was one of my all-time favorite adventures games.
You guys must not be on the Phoenix Online mailing list. They've been cooking this up for a while and there was a preview posted on IGN about a week ago. I don't really see myself replaying the Gabe series but they were great games. I think the second one was the best, though.

The remake of GK1 does look really nice in comparison to the original. An easy recommendation for GK noobs.

I've been playing quake live. It's nice to see all the servers very populated. And most of it by great players! I can see myself plating a LOT of it. The bad thing is, you need to go Pro if you want to create matches, and that is not free, and is a subscription model. I can just run openArena and create a match, freely. Or buy Quake 3 when on sale. I think they should sell skins too if they want to stay alive. And make the skins actually work, because right now we are all the same green skin. But besides it all, I love the game is on Steam and I love playing with a great community of good players. I believe most of them are not too young xD

Another game I was playing was speedRunners. Played with a friend and was really awesome. I can fully recommend that game for MP matches.

Yeah, I somehow missed any news about this. I never got a chance to play the second, and I couldn't get past the graphics of the third, even at the time. Early 3D...ugh. The first blew me away, though.

Both the second and third games shouldn't have been released in the state they were.

GK2 had an entire act cut out because it would've been too expensive to film (and it would have meant adding one or two more CDs to the game - it was already six CDs long!)

GK3 had some really odd design choices, and its early 3D interface was a pain in the butt.

I'm very weary of this remake. I hated Gabriel's voice and the look of the cutscenes is strange. Not to mention it looks like a reskinned Cognition. Please please please please don't let this suck.

Hm. I actually think it seems to be shaping up nicely. The graphical upgrade looks fine to me. As far as the VO actors are concerned, from what I've seen in the trailers, they're fine.

Even with bits cut out of GK2, it was probably the only example of an FMV game that really worked well--and the fact that there was a whole freakin' opera in it is pretty amazing. I can't see anybody doing something like that in a modern game.

I will agree that the 3D in GK3 was a big turn-off for me, but ultimately not big enough to keep me from playing it.
