And I said it worked for me as well. I guess people just ignore the less popular crowd. If you follow all steps on a EU account, it should work just fine.

Did you try booting up the PS4 version? If it doesn't "Unlock Full Game" on the main menu, then congrats, you're the only one who somehow unlocked the PS4 version for free.
