So Doom BFG is on sale for $10 and Doom Classic Complete is $7.50. Doesn't BFG contain everything that Doom classic does plus the redone campaign of 3? I'm guessing they just put minimal thought into the pricing of these sales.  

 
$4 is a pretty good price for NFS: Most Wanted for PS3 and so far I haven't been THAT impressed by the DLC cars, though the airport is pretty neat that comes with the apparently $15 terminal velocity DLC. If you have the inkling you will ever want the DLC you're probably better off waiting for a good UE deal.

 
So is awakening a (standalone) expansion or is it a new version of DA:O like Xcom: Enemy Within: Commando Edition? Looks like the former based on the file sizes, but it's weird they would have the expansion and not the main game on sale unless it's a part of Feb PS+ or something.

A friend of my dad's is a millionaire. Family business passed down generation to generation. Anyway maybe 10 years ago he went to the Caddy dealer to buy several cars (one for him and his wife and I think one for his brother). It was a Saturday and he was bumming it. Jeans and a T-Shirt. Couldn't get the time of day for like 20 mins. Finally they approach him after dealing with others who came in after him. He told them you lost the sale and walked out. Think he bought Jags instead.

I think Awakening is the expansion, and then there's the "Ultimate Edition" physical release that has Origins, Awakening, and all the other DLC packs.

Man, people aren't ready to let go of that 15 for '15 sale still?  We had two pretty damn big sales in the last two weeks (Anniversary sale and indie flash sale) but people are still clamoring for it.

While I am not a millionaire, we hit a point where we had to get a new car for my wife. In fact, we has already sold the old one to CarMax. Both of us and both of my kids (youngest in a stroller) went out car shopping on a brutally cold morning for GA. I really kind of wanted the Odyssey but I thought I should check out the Nissan one to be sure. We walk around in the lot for a while and nobody comes out. I stick my head in the door and ask the receptionist if there are any salesmen around. She says, "Oh, they are all in a sales meeting." I responded with something about how an actual sale should be more important and, "After I drive across the street and get an Odyssey I'll drive through the lot honking the horn, maybe that will get the salesmen's attention."

Let's just say I am a man of my word. My wife was busy trying to crawl under the seat.

 
So is that Fight Night game any good?  I wouldn't mind a decent boxing game.

EDIT:

I see the plat in unattainable because EA shut off the rivals feature, but that's not really a concern for me because I'd probably never be able to get it anyway.

Super happy right now. Just left an interview a while ago that went really well. They gave me some work to do to test my skills. Sounds like I'll start next week if everything goes well.

It's a startup company, so they said that while I might not have too much work at first I will if business takes off.

Finally get to be a jobber again.
 
I almost "wren'd" an old lady outside my office when I walked out the door and she was about 2 feet away from the door swinging open. Would have been hilarious.

It's awesome, though. I've put 40 hours in and barely made a dent it seems. But I have been being pulled in other gaming directions lately. Really have to get back to it soon. So far I've been compulsively exploring every new area and ignoring main missions, but I might need to mix it up and actually advance the plot so I get back into it more.

In all seriousness, I've watched movies Kristin Wiig has been in and have no idea who she is.  Melissa McCarthy...ugh, I've not found her likable in any movie I've seen of hers.  The other 2 are from SNL which I've not watched in a decade or longer so I have no idea who they are.

Not sure how you don't know Wiig, but she was on SNL forever and in all the movies.

McCarthy I'm not a huge fan of, but she was good in Bridesmaids.
