Isn't Frozen oddly the exception? It seems like all the non Pixar CG movies did end up with 3D releases stateside, right?
Frozen was the only one that gave us a tease on 3D before it wasn't released, though nothing else since that point was 3D in the states. Malifecent, Big Hero 6 and Planes: Fire and Rescue, they were all non-3D here in the US. Not sure if Cinderella was released theatrically in 3D or not. I ordered Frozen and Malifecent from the last Amazon BOGO and I guess I'll pick up Big Hero 6 and Planes 2 at some point from Amazon UK or somewhere else if they do another BOGO.

Inside Out was 3D, though that's Pixar.

Oh, I thought Big Hero 6 had a 3D release. Good point though. Fire and Rescue by the way didn't even get a euro release if I remember. I still don't have it myself.

There is a Target Cartwheel for In the Heart of the Sea for 20% off, with that and RedCard it drops it down to $22.79
Is it confirmed that includes the 3D version? Just appears to be standard BR and DVD to me, but I haven't tried to redeem it.

This was posted in another thread on this site:

Summer in 3D (Blu-ray) $3.99 at Best Buy

(it's a Kenny Chesney concert)

UPDATE: received the Summer in 3D disc from Best Buy and it was shoddily re-sealed in plastic and says "The 2D Version of the 3D Theatrical Release". Maybe Best Buy didn't get the 2D/3D release? Getting a replacement but not sure it's going to be any different.

Same here—got it on Tuesday. I noticed that Target had a fancy lenticular slipcover while Best Buy's was just 2D/flat.
When I was in Best Buy on Saturday I noticed they had one copy of the 3D movie with the Lenticular slip and one copy with a standard slip. I double checked both and they were both for the 3D version. I guess the Lenticular slip wasn't a Target exclusive? So does this mean that this movie actually has a lenticular slipcover for the first prints, a regular slipcover for the later prints and and no slipcover when they all run out?

Best Buy has I, Frankenstein, Dredd, Gamer, Darkest Hour, Hercules and Conan for $4.99 this week
Have all of them except for Hercules. Had it in my hands at the store but couldn't bring myself to get it based on the reviews. Anyone have anything good to say about this one?

No idea about Hercules but anyone have anything decent to say about Conan?
It's been a while since I watched Conan but only watched it in 2D as I didn't have 3D back then. I remember I liked the movie good enough that it was worth a buy especially at $5. If it sucked badly, I would say skip it but being a big fan of any movie from the comics, I thought it was a more-than-decent film.

Had to borrow Legend of Hercules from the library to see if I would enjoy the movie.  Surprisingly, I found the movie pretty enjoyable though the story had nothing with the mythology of Hercules.  The storyline resembled Gladiator or 300 more than a Hercules movie.  No big stars in this one that I could see though I thought all the actors did more than a decent job in their roles.

So now I guess I have all the 3D titles on sale here.  Picked up Draft Day too which was the only 2D bluray on sale this week that's decent and that I don't already own.

Kung Fu Panda 3 3D is supposedly a Best Buy exclusive:

http://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=272267

For some stupid reason, it's not showing up on BestBuy.com for the last couple of weeks.  Theoretically a SKU change, though it's out in less than a month and it's not back on the site.

I pre-ordered a 3D copy from Amazon.ca as a backup in case BB doesn't get it for some reason.

Best Buy's Savestation section in the movie area has a few new 3D titles for $9.99 - Underworld Awakening and one of the Resident Evil movies (forgot which one).

For those who care, there is a seller on eBay that sells imports from India, he is currently carrying Finest Hours for $40 w/$3 shipping.

Pretty much the only choice right now.

Looks like Kung Fu Panda 3 3D is back at Best Buy, currently at $34.99:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/kung-fu-panda-3-3d-only--best-buy-blu-ray-dvd-digital-copy/4901166.p?id=3533704&skuId=4901166

I'd assume $24.99 - $27.99 @ release time since it's a BB-only release.
Hmmm, wish this was available during the $10 gift card promo. Would have been a no-brainer purchase for me. Now, I'm really not sure since the price will likely be $27.99 I'm guessing.

Also, those copies of Underworld Awakening 3D in the Best Buy Savestation all have lenticular slipcovers it would seem. I've now seen them at 3 different Best Buys. Kind of odd a 2012 release would still have plenty of slips to go around.

Same here, as I would have ordered that during the promo instead of Sherlock Abominable Bride and True Detective S2.

I'm glad it came back, so I guess I need to cancel my Amazon.CA order so I don't get two of them.

Odd that there's slips on those Underworld Awakening 3D copies out there since it's been so long from release.

India vendor through eBay again?
Yeah, he had a flyer, I think he runs an online store, it had a discount code too, I'll check it out when I get home from work.

I havnt seen the blu Ray yet so j can't comment. I did watch it on imax 3D which was decent, will comment further when I'm done with it.
