Dammmmmmit. Same here. I have metalpaks but they are such crap with the spines. I'll likely take a hit moving them on ebay (though I recall paying something like 7 bucks a piece for them) but I'd much prefer steelbooks and a digital copy is nice as well.

They look a bit like a sophomore photoshop project but at least they will have a spine you can read.

 
I know Last Stand gets hate, but it's a decent movie, and I'm really liking that steelbook with Jean Grey on the front.  Might have to double dip.  Mystique on the X-Men one just bugs me.  I know they push her character with the later movies, but the first one really should hate Rogue or Wolverine on it.

re: Planet of the Apes sequel.  Anybody know if its a steelbook or metal pack?  I know when it was originally released it was a metal pack (with the weird spine), just wondering if they're switching it up for re-release.

Yeah I had an existing preorder at the old price and am not confident Best Buy will adjust it since GCU is involved, so I just canceled that and did a reorder. This time for shipping instead of store pickup.

Does the one in the $90 version of FF 15 game come in a regular case or Steelbook? Game comes in Steelbook but is there just another spindle for the movie?

Knowing SE, it's on another spindle. TBH the SB for the game is far nicer than the image BB has up for the movie. I'd prefer to get Amano-san's artwork covered SB than some lame movie poster print. It works out to be ~$8 difference between buying the standard game + movie separately versus just the CE. You get some DLC to make up that difference that could be sold if you don't want it.

That's just my thoughts if you were debating the two options.

Was really hoping Kingsmen would have a different cover than the normal covers. Oh well, still getting it. And DofP, cause I wanted the Rogue Cut and missed it the first time.

Really? That's a bummer. I'll have to think whether I'd want duplicates. I know the anime is free but having an HD source that's complete would be good if the show is decent. I'll have to check it out.

They'll do a refund back to your account on the RZ cert, though you run into the issue with possibly getting a stupid rep that doesn't understand RZ certs take the money off no matter what.

I'd just tell them you need a refund of $12 + sales tax back (sales tax assumed to be 4.3% if you had it shipped) on the item.

 
Can anyone confirm if the digital copies of X-men are ultraviolet only or if they can be used with Itunes? Still prefer I-tunes for digital only but either way it makes the double dip a little more reasonable.

 
Also, the weekly ad says if you buy X-Men Apocalypse SB and one of the other X-Men SBs on the same transaction, you save $5 on the non-Apocalypse one. 

So, I guess, reorder it if you've already had it shipped? 

We had the DOFP SB through Target (I think?).

I want to say the Target steelbook was a different cover. This cover is the same as the European steelbooks, and the Best Buy special edition, non-steelbook.

Also, my high traffic Best Buy had only 1 Kingsmen and 1 DofP steelbooks left when I went in today. Going to go in Tuesday to get the $5 adjustment, I guess.

The Target one was a different cover, though I didn't end up with that one for some crazy reason, as I don't see it in my movie list. Guess I'll make an order with all of them, as well as Apocalypse and then get my $5 back on it.

Made it to Target this morning around 8:30AM, picked up the Preacher SB from the New Releases section of the movies/music area.  It was 1 of 4 on display, so this may be a low-count SB like some other ones we've had.

Do you have the dpci for the preacher steelbook? Is it the same as the normal version? Want to check brickseek as I won't be able to make to target until after work.Thanks!

 
Both of my Targets were sold out. I didn't know about the steelbook until I saw Josef post this morning after my Target was opened.

It was in the ad, which my mistake was not checking it yesterday.  Props to R3DH3R0 for letting us know about it so I could get mine. 

 
I have been slicking though. Didn't even know about the Finding Dory Steelbook until you mentioned about the $5 gift card error. I am okay on missing out on the Preacher steelbook as long as I get Finding Dory.

No problem. Called my local target and asked them to hold one, guy was pretty chill about it and they are holding it until the end of the night! Yay! Was going to try to go during lunch, now I don't have to worry.

Blueweltall said they couldn't get one. If the Target I go to has extras, I'll pick up one. I can always return it if you find a copy.
