I think it has optical zoom, but I'm not sure if it has any sort of Image Stabilization. If it does, I hope it has better image clarity then my cellphone, although this is probably unlikely considering how thrifty Nintendo is. (2gb SD card slot)

BTW, my CRT has a curvy screen and the ps3 really sucks at zooming out of any photo larger than the 480i broadcasting resolution.
