it almost looks like german to me.. can someone point me into the right direction?

yea theres a lot of numbers that came w/ that =\ will you be able to shed some light.
 
Sure, start by grouping similar types of expenses into cost pools. Then, calculate the cost rate for each pool. Finally, apply these rates to determine each customer's profitability. Good luck!
