Having one hell of a battle with my internet provider. Tried to play N8 last night but I could not connect to EA servers. I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I did a speed test and I am getting 7.5 mbs... I pay for 100 mbs That is a little frustrating to say the least.

Yes, I did. I'm on very randomly and it is hard to schedule so I didn't want to hold anyone back. I will have all my weeks on cpu play. If I catch one of my opponents on I will prefer to play the game. I cant see it being much of an issue, but I did want to have all sides covered.

Its just like playing GM mode in 12. you can make an offer and the AI can accept or make an offer themselves. The new GM Brain allows for AI participation.

That is also the job of the Commissioner to veto any "funny business" as they will have last say before any trade is posted ingame. Speaking of, who is the lucky one? I don't remember if I read someone taking on that duty.
