hehehe... we discussed maybe our next dog getting MC.. but alas.. we've promised a family name for a boy. I don't know what we'll do for another girl.. it would have to be a video game name. I'm a big fan of Japanese inspiration.. but I don't know if hubby will go for it.

I love Zelda- Robin Williams named his daughter Zelda- which gave me courage to go with Cortana. =) I get old ladies telling me 'how pretty- where did you find that?' and when I say Halo they get this littl 'o' face.. it's so funny..

I just like the name Jade, I didn't pick it from a video game. But even better that it is. =)

I posted this last year, pre-baby.. but just wanted to throw it back in there. My daughter is Cortana Jade. We are big Halo fans, and she's a pretty cool character, so there you go. =) *sorry for pic size.. they're tiny on photobucket*

My husband got me stuck on Cortana Jade.. We find out Fri if we're having a boy or girl.. I think VGN's are a coo ltribute, as long as you don't open the door for therapy.. I just wish I could find a meaning for Cortana somewhere.. anybody have any idea [besides holographic hot chick]? xo bean
