Unfortunate.

I was wondering could I buy Batman:AA at Gamestop tonight for $60 and then buy it between 10-2 tomorrow for $30 at TRU plus $30 GC and return unopened TRU version to GS for my $60 back. Is this possible or do TRU and Gamestop have different packaging?

I don't know how close the people on this thread are to a B&N or how cool the sales people are there but since I'm not reading Games TM for the up to the minute news or reviews more for the interviews and editorials that aren't extremely time sensitive I just wait go to B&N after the magazine...

Are you trying to say that if you buy it early from a store that is illegal on the consumer or the store? It is illegal for the store unless they have special permissions to sell early but the customer is at no fault in the matter.

I think he has a valid point 12-15 hours isn't that great. According to the video review of IGN it took 12-15 hours to beat EVERYTHING including the challenge maps. I'm guessing that makes the story more like 8-10 hours and the challenges 4-5. If you buy it at TRU for the $30 gift card you are...

Once a guide is pennied for more than a week or so is it essentially useless to try to find the guide at some of these stores? Ex. I would be interested in picking up a pennied Mass Effect guide but it pennied out months ago. Thanks in advance. Sorry for such a noob question.
