I just wanted to clarify the reason for the whole state issued id thing. We require this just because there are a lot of people out there willing to create several emails just to get extra entries which give them an unfair advantage. Being that the prize is a TE stick makes it even more likely...

We bought them from our supplier and they charged double the wholesale price... not much we could do. Either not carry them at all or carry them at high price, which is part of the reason we can give one away. Anyway, i make less than 10 dollars from selling one so i'd rather give one away...
