do the discounts only show up when they ring them up on the register? i've been to a couple of sears and come up empty on discounts when i asked for price checks, but i never actually had them ring me up on the register.

I haven't been able to find a thing. It's really disappointing. Especially when you know that a lot of people are just going in and buying multiple copies of the best deals and then flipping them on ebay.
