I finally got my copy! It seems like I've been waiting for them to go back in stock weeks.

They are. I bought season 3.0 last night. Neither disc was "snapped" into it's place. Both sides of the discs were scratched to hell. I'm going to try and return it today. I noticed seasons 1 and 2 are in the more conventional hard plastic shells.
