Lol seriously. I bought my copy. There's minimal french on the outer sleeve and the game is entirely English. What a bargain with the blu-ray included!!

There's outer sleeve that has some minimal french written on it. Otherwise the game is 100% English.

Sorry to hear you've had so much trouble. 9.9/10 their customer service is bang-on! Try their live chat maybe? I've ordered numerous times and even with the slight problem its been resolved immediately when you get a hold of them.
