I bought it for my 1st gen Nexus 7 (os 4.4), and framerate is not good. Possibly capped at 30, not sure. On initial start the game didn't open properly (possibly due to rotation lock being on). Disabled and game started on 2nd go. Tracks with long draw distance are unplayable IMO (~20 fps)...
