Slacking on my own message board! This is all ive found so far this year. One small thrift closed because they couldnt pay rent, the other thrift was closed for like a month for New Years, Goodwill has been just ass 90% of the time I go. I stopped going everyday after work because I just dont have the desire to even drive down the street to find nothing or overpriced slightly interesting items! When you see $7.48 shit video games, $4.67 dvds, some $7 manga paperbacks, $2.54 CDs, $30+ electronics, etc etc its barely worth the trip!

GW- MOTU Castles were $5 apiece. The microphone in the purple one works. The green one still has the elevator. There was also a little MASK helmet that I already sold for $7 shipped on Ebay. Dude that works there was so pissed someone priced them that low! Hes the dude I see posting like GBA games on FB Marketplace every once and awhile. You know he pocketed those when they got donated!

Sealed 1999 Podracer game was $5 at Goodwill.

GW- $7.52. Really nice shape after a magic eraser scrub! Usually they mark Converse $17!

The brand new Rick And Morty hat was $5 at a small thrift. GW-Simpsons figs were $2.01 apiece, the games ended up around $2 apiece after sales, Canon E0S10S camera with big ass lens for $15, JVC DVD/VCR $15, Casiotone MT-36 $5, Virgin Among The Living Dead VHS $0.24, hockey card frame $5.

Goodwill- about $25. Wii game is sealed and they marked it "$2.83 dvd". The crap games sitting right by it were $7.48! No thanks! That Sonic is selling for like $30 on Ebay. That figure is a Godzilla character.

Small Thrift- $5 and change. 1st things I've bought from there since before Christmas. They were closed for a month.

Didnt do much thrifting this week because last weekend I didnt even go to the post office, Monday was a holiday, Tues/Weds were snow days! Found these wrestling figs at GW for almost $10 total. Stone Cold Steve Austin is from 1997, I think Bret The Hitman Hart has to be 1999-2001 going by the WCW logo on it. Looks like his chin hit the plastic at some point. Other than that its still sealed and decent shape.

Found this Iron studios Ghost Rider at my goodwill today. He's missing some of his flames and the chain for his right hand, but for $8 he's going to look great on the shelf.

Thrifting a little less this year, and what I have found so far is okay:

First off my haul from my trip to Japan (after exchange rates):

Famicom Classic (regular and Jump version), both versions, and both complete for $40 and $60 respectively
Super Famicom classic for $40
Star Ocean: The second story PS1 (complete) for $10 (got this to go with my Japanese copy of Star Ocean 1 I found at a thrift store a couple years ago)
Bunch of Japanese movie programs ranging from $2 to $16 including: They Live, Hana-Bi, Superman: The movie, Star Trek 4, Karate Kid 2, Virus (Japanese film), the Wahlberg Planet of the Apes and Terminator 2

Then what I got in America so far:

Not a good deal but I got a DS Lite with two games for $50
A sealed copy of Colors Live on Switch for free after using a $5 certificate.

I might be thrifting a little less this year though because I will be going back to school in September. We will see how it goes though.

It's gotten so crazily competitive near me, and folks only seem to know to look for video games -_-.

Only good gaming find today was a really nice CIB copy of Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the Future for PS2.

Also picked up a cool little Amdek Color-I Plus monitor. Girlfriend is going to kill me if she catches me bringing home more CRTs!

Slacking on my own thread! Im trying to cut back on thrifting/Ebay stuff. After spending over a week crunching numbers for 2000 sold items last year that I kept terrible records of I think Im going to have my own yard sale and maybe stick to just Video Games again.

Goodwill, $1.34- someone marked it DVD!

Small Thrift, $80!- I think only 1 Xbox360 game didn't work out of the whole lot. 2DS had Mario Kart 7 downloaded and a 4GB SD card. Already sold it for $100. The RB guitar is an Xbox One guitar so it's probably $100 on Ebay. The River City and Guitar Hero games are sealed.

Didn't buy this because they can GTFOH with that price! You're not a game store, that is 100% untested, it's worth like $20 shipped on Ebay!

Goodwill, $7.48- Xbox360 guitar

Goodwill, $12- 1999 Nerf gun, 1980 Simon handheld, 2003 Rick Steiner figure. Small thrift, $4- size 13 Vans hightops. Super clean, probably flip them for $35ish.
