Confused on How to Use Play-Asia Coupons

I can't find anywhere to put my coupon code during checkout. When am I supposed to be able to enter my code?

Now that I re-check the "Restrictions" page, I can see that. I wish they would have advertised that a little more openly, instead of just putting it in small print. I've always thought there was something wrong with my account that was making me miss out on coupons, lol.
