Free phone calls with the Nintendo DS

According to this article, If you're in a wireless HotSpot, you will be able to make free VOIP phone calls on the Nintendo DS and a headset.

Yeah, that's definitely a selling point. VOIP has really come a long way. I use Vonage and am glad I dropped Verizon because of the money savings, and the quality of service is pretty good.

wait.. i should know this as much computer stuff as i do, but all of my webdesign work is done over a wired connection.. but if i have a wireless network in my house using the 802.11b frequency.. i could make free phone calls?!
