Gamestop Return Policy Question

fullmetalsodapop

CAGiversary!
I'm planning on purchasing a used ps3 wireless controller from Gamestop, but I'm not too sure about their return policy. If I return the controller within 7 days, can I receive a full cash refund or is it just store credit that I'll be getting? I know that this 7-day rule applies to used video games, but I'm not too sure about used controllers. Thanks in advance!

Within 7 days (Day of purchase counts as a day) for a full refund, within 30 days for defects in which case they'll exchange, and this all applies to used.

The neat thing about the return policy on accessories though is that the 7 days also applies to New opened accessories as well.

To add, you'll get your refund the way you paid. So if you used store credit, that's what you'd get back. If you pay in cash, you'll get cash.

If you're planning on returning it, why buy it in the first place?

I suspect he's just making sure he can get a refund if the controller is buggy or anything, since he's buying a used controller.

@ Squarehard Thank you so much for the help! Really do appreciate it!

@ Ziv I just wanted to know in case the controller turned out to not be fully functional. I've never purchased a used accessory before from Gamestop, so I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of quality. Also, thanks for the additional information :)
