Halo 3 Legendary $61 at Frys (ymmv)

So, how much d you think it costs bungie to make those master chief helmets? i got my legendary for 59.99 online at wal mart, and now this? wouldnt they be, losing money? like alot?
 
One day, three or four years from now, when I see one of these in a banged-up box stuffed in the corner of some random store, I will buy it for $25 or less.

if you just bought it, why can't you buy the $60 one at frys, remove the price tag, then return the fry's box to the $100 store?
