How do you Import songs into Band Hero?

A friend of mine recently purchased Band Hero for Wii. I am trying to figure out how to import songs from the older Guitar Hero titles into her library. I really want to get the smash hits and world tour songs but i don't quite understand how to do this completely.

Does anyone know exactly how to do this and if it can be done by renting the older title?

Not sure about the Wii, but on the other consoles each game comes with a code. So, if you put in your Band Hero disk, there should be an option to import songs. Within that option, you're then asked to select a game (e.g. World Tour). When you select 'World Tour', it will prompt you to enter a code (the code is found on the back of most manuals). If you rent it, you could get lucky and find an unused code.

The game claims the codes are unique and can only be used on a single account. I cannot prove that. However, once you enter the code, the keys for the song downloads are not free. On the ps3, I paid $2.00 and $6.00 for each of the two keys. You're then allowed to download the actual songs to your hard drive.

Given the limitations on the Wii, I have no idea of how this would work, as a single game could have close to 1gb of songs.
