@ 2 months ago I sent an email asking if they would get a game back in stock. Never did hear back, sent another email & still no reply.
Someone gave me a gift card for F.Y.E. (www.fye.com) this last Christmas. I finally just used it now. It was for $30.00 so I had to use it in conjunction with my Visa/MC.
After selecting my item I proceed to the checkout. I start by filling in my pertinent "new customer checkout info". Initially it ask to activate the gift card by entering the card # & PIN. Several attempts all resulted in: "the card # you entered does not exist" Finally I decided to try the link to check the balance, viola that worked showing the full balance. Only then did it let me apply the gift card to the total.
I then proceed to checkout the rest of the way through PayPal, figuring that to be the safest option. The next link takes you to PayPal login. After logging in it takes you back to their website to proceed with the final checkout & confirm payment. Now at this point the gift card is no longer showing up & the checkout is showing I will be billed for the full balance on PayPal. I then click on the link to add gift card & the site then says that a gift card cannot be used in conjunction with your payment method or something to that effect.
So... I go back & try using the PayPal MasterCard # instead of paying through PayPal. Several attempts at that has the site saying "invalid card #" I finally break down & use my bank Visa debit & the order finally goes through
After circle jerking for about 15 minutes I finally got my order in.
So checking on the "order status" button gives me this message:
There is a problem with what was submitted:
The e-mail address and password you entered do not match any accounts on record. Please make sure you have submitted the correct information and try again.
I did however receive a confirmation email so maybe their login system takes a bit to update.
Go to the main homepage, scroll down to the box that says "games", click on any of these links & see what happens (its just one big circle jerk):
