i want to cancel an order on gamestop.com but in the order i use a $10 coupon that i had, if i cancel the order will i lose my coupon or could i use it again?

I would call the customer service and cancel it through them and proceed to ask for another $10 giftcard.
you dont need to be douche, thats why theres a forum for advices, i wont waste my time on you
But, like Scorch said, why not just contact Gamestop directly and deal with them? After all, they would be the ones to know for certain if you could cancel and get another $10 code to make up for the one used.

If you do call them to cancel and they give you another code though, keep the old code copied down someplace, as someone said they tried an old code they already used on a cancelled order and it worked again.;)

Maybe someone on here already dealt with this before so could let him know. Any question anyone asks on these boards can be answered more accurately elsewhere, this is obviously just the easiest first step to take. If someone doesnt know or knows of a better way to find out then great, no harm in asking. And like he said, no need to be a douche about it.

How is telling them to contact Gamestop being a douche? It's giving advice like they're looking for. It's common sense that you should deal directly with the vendor you're trying to cancel an order with, rather than posting a thread on the forums looking for answers.

Gamestop's website provides for self service order maintenance(including cancellation if it's early enough in the order) at the following page: http://www.gamestop.com/gs/help/Self_Service.aspx

And if it's already too late to cancel, then the OP can call THIS number: 1-(800) 883-8895. The hours are operation for the 800 # are 8:00 a.m.-9:00 p.m. (CST) Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. (CST) Saturday and Sunday.

but this is what he says

Why does everyone think people on CAG know? E-mail the people who WORK THERE!

i think people here knows because people here buy at gamestop.com sometimes and quite a lot lately, is not hard to difference douches from decent people

Well, I gave you alot more info and I thought I was more helpful that just saying 'call them'. But the way it stands you have bout another 32 or so minutes to call their customer service line for the day today.
