Okay, so I've looked for this game for about a year and have come up with no luck.
Here's what i remember from when i was a kid:
It was a 3D tank game and the weapons that you would pick up would float and rotate on the field. some of the weapons were the nuke, which would destroy everyone within the map. the second was called "flower power" and when you shot it, it created hills. You could also pick up mines, and place them on the map.
Also, when you would get shot at, the tank would smoke and look distorted when your health was low.
I'm having an extremely tough time finding this game and I'm gussing it was released in the late 90s.
Any help?!?!?
