First off I'd like to thank everyone who has stopped by the store and look forward to selling/trading video games.
As it was stated earlier in this forum, yes we are under new management and the prices are being changed constantly
to be competitive with EB Games and other major retail stores. We would also like to note we are one of the few
stores that take in video games for almost EVERY system/console, and our trade in values are very competitive
with the other major retailers.



Ok on to the deals:


1. All Playstation 2, Xbox, and Nintendo Game Cube games are,

2. All Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 games that are $19.99 and under are,
Buy 2 Get 1 Free

3. Buy a console from us and get 15% off any number of used games in the store.

Hmm....


Last time I went to trade in games you guys screwed up my trades bad...
I was charged tax on trades.

I was promised a refund by Bobby...but I never got it.

I'm still angry to this day....

And the hours of operation is really bad... was there @ 5:30 and they were CLOSED!
even thou it said youre open until six.

I was there in August last year and I'm warning CAGS about them......
I was there for close to one hour AND THERE WAS NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THE ENTIRE TME...
 
Hi Gamer602. I'm sorry that your previous experience at Play N Trade was not the greatest. As of February 14th 2009 the store in Richmond is run under new management in an effort to reverse these very experiences that you mentioned. Bobby is no longer affiliated with Play N Trade and perhaps the actions you mentioned in your post are the reason why.

We welcome you back and hope your next experience is better than the last.

Hmmm...Do you charge Tax with trade credit?
If I bring in my receipt, will you make it right?

If so, Ill give you guys another try.
 
We're fixing all of the rest of previous management's mistakes, so come by, we'll take care of you. I don't blame Bobby entirely for his mistakes as this is the first Play N Trade in Canada, however, when you recognize a mistake or error, it should be addressed and in your case it was not so I understand why you don't see Play N Trade in the same light.

We're not Bobby. We're gamers just like you that want to be treated fairly ourselves so bring in your receipt and we'll provide you the credit that you should have been provided in the first place.

The credit is ALWAYS tax free. What happened with you was wrong. All of our employees know the member credit is exempt from tax so if you bring in our receipt, any one of us should be able to help you.

Hmm, I'll try swinging out. I never checked it out before due to the various bad press the place got here before...

What are the store hours?
 
Sorry I didnt post that above, here are our store hours:

Monday to Wednesday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
Thursday to Saturday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sunday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm
