SOCOM Fireteam Bravo 3 code Amazon mistake?

Not sure if this is a deal or not, but I noticed that Amazon has the PSN game codes for SOCOM Fireteam Bravo 3 up now. The weird thing is that they have two entries, one for $39.99 and one for $19.99:

I'm assuming that the $19.99 code is the Anti-Used Games code to let you play multiplayer, but the amazon page is advertising it like you get the actual game, so I'm not sure.

It's obvious (by the pricing) that this is the activation code. If you have any hopes of getting this game for $20, you're going to have to deal with Amazon customer service, after you buy the wrong code.

That, or wait two months for this stinker to drop in price. Why all third-person shooters can't just have Syphon Filter controls is beyond me. :(
