Theft = need help replacing games = need help finding deals

So, I had some major theft, thanks to a roomate with some issues. She fenced a bunch of my games (amongst other things), and I'm looking for some help in tracking down deals to keep my replacement costs low over the next few weeks. Can people help tip me off to sales and the like? Thanks!
Here's the current list of titles and junk, more likely forthcoming as I figure out what else I can't find:

A handful of games of which I haven't yet fully identified, and some controllers, possibly a wood-grain deck

Question, that's not discs, is it? I would prefer it as discs, since I play it on multiple machines. Also, someone is making restitution for some of this, so I can take the time to hunt down some of this, but I don't want to hose them for full prices (though god knows I paid full price for all the Civs-might be the only games I've ever paid full price for, hahahaha.)
