What do people think of this deal, it is safe would you buy refurbished? I am strongly considering this

What do people think of this deal, it is safe would you buy refurbished? I am strongly considering this

Ryse and Forza 5 are download codes, so I would be wary of buying such things from a refurbished auction.  Also, look and see if the console would be eligible for a SquareTrade warranty to go above and beyond the manufacturer's 90-day warranty.

Yea I have to think about it it might just be safer to fork up the extra hundred on a new one in case their is something wrong with it...anyway any information helps
