Cell phones are generally a shitty mess when it comes to those 2 year agreement deals (cells are generally at an ungodly MSRP to begin with).
If you're broke and have a new every 2 that's up (or are a new customer), you can get a Juke for free after a $50 rebate. Not sure when this runs until - I got it B&M but it also seemed to be listed online without the rebate.
The Juke is also an mp3 player, and sounds pretty good considering it's a phone. About the same quality sound as a 1G iPod nano (has plenty of EQ options). comes with headphones/handsfree - wired. Bluetooth compatible.
I hate to sound like a Samsung/Verizon ad wizard, but since both my music player and phone died at the same time, it was sweet to replace both for free.
