What are valuable, yet fairly common, NES games? Anything like on SNES?

I'm just curious in case I ever stumble upon any NES games.

Like on SNES I know that the not-impossible yet valuable finds are things like Chrono Trigger and Earthbound. But what about NES games? Which ones are worth something more than a a few dollars?

Tecmo Super Bowl usually fetches 15 or so bucks on e-bay...I've grabbed that one from tons of places. Then there's Contra which is pretty common (at least I think it is).

Tecmo bowl....Contra......River city Ransom....Super Mario Bros3(at certain times)......There are more, but most semi rare NES carts top out at about $20.

PS1 is the systems with the most common semi rares. you can find stuff like silent hill, Castlevania: SOTN, and FFVII for dirt cheap all over the place(at least in my town.) and flip them on ebay for $20-$50 easily.

Dragon Warriors 2, 3, or 4 are worth quite a bit of scratch. So is Final Fantasy. I think Ninja Gaiden II and III are too but not sure.

Bubble Bobble used to be a fairly common find for me and went for a decent amount on ebay. But that was a few years ago no idea if it's still worth anything.

I got Bubble Bobbles at a local mom an pop store for $2 and sold it to Gamecrazy for $20, It was then i realized the worth of old games......

ya i forgot about the dragon warriors games...1 is worthless though....Ninja gaiden II is also low-end.....my best advice is to go to Ebay type in NES go to the category games and sort by most expensive and look only at items that have bids, that is waht i used to do every week when i was trying to keep current on game prices.

All of these ebay for $25 or more:

Duck Tales 2
Rescue Rangers 2
Bonk's Adventure
Snow Brothers
Mario's Time Machine
Contra Force
North & South
RC Pro Am 2
Fire & Ice
Battletoads & Double Dragon
Dusty Diamond's All Star Softball

For common games, first party games hold a lot of value usually, although that's not really the case with the NES. Tecmo Super Bowl, Contra, The Megaman Games, Dragon Warrior 2 - 4, Castlevania 3, Bubble Bobble, and the Capcom Disney Games are all fairly common, but go for 15+ on eBay.

Yeah, the Bubble Bobbles are definitely worth grabbing...I got Part 2 at a yard sale for a quarter and sold it for 80 something on e-bay.
