What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I feel bad XD I got one for that price around that time period lol. If it makes you feel better I saw a funky wii game but it got snatched up before I could pm you x.x It's the thought that counts... right?

Cheapest one I saw, but yeah it did seem quite steep. At this point I would say wait it out, and wait for a deal on BF (last year the AC Lib Vita was INSANE, If I had the cash I woulda bought it).

I don't know, there were like 15 of them when it popped up so who knows when it's been a whole week. I know one of the brand new sports games had issues on PS3 but I can't remember which it was.

Yeah saw those, thought of making a "typo" post but I didn't have the heart, I was on a roll posting deals as I saw them. (Not as good as DS2U though)

I think that whole thing that happened was a glitch in there system. That one has been poppin up for while now.

I have a feeling that's not gonna happen this year because sales weren't great with next gen coming out. Either way it's worth a shot to wait.

Yep, down about $10 from where they normally have it and cheaper than buying it direct from Nintendo. I wish there were more games that used it, don't know if I want to spend that for just MH3U when I've always been fine with the way it controlled and have it on WiiU now too.

Yeah, I thought so. I wasn't sure what the prices was outside of amazon. I just noticed it was 37 and it changed to 18.

Just trying to help out. :p It does suck though I didn't know that not many games support it.

With that Mario coming to Wii U and mayyybe Luigis Mansion, I'm planning on getting rid of my 3DS soon. Really the only reason I'm still holding onto it is because I still have to play Luigis Mansion.

Probably due to the fact that was $180 (plus tax) that I am trying to save for next month (doing a GREAT job on that x.x). Not to mention I can see this becoming pretty rare (lets face it the X & Y LE design is pretty badass), it is already sold out on newegg in both colors, sold out on bestbuy.com, and in SOME stores (both colors). At GS it is already starting to hit low stock at certain places, and the closer it gets to black friday and the holiday season, the more people are gonna be buying these. So not only would I have dropped the $180 initially, I also would of dropped the couple hundred (in games), but any potential profit I might have made if I actually for once resisted my urges.

 
Yeah, I'm hoping that's the case since I'm sitting on one of each color...

Makes me nervous as all get out when my orders start fluctuating between not yes shipped and preparing for shipment.

Uggggggggggggghhhhhhhhh... I am fail right now.  Had put Fragile Dreams on the wrong card when I ran out of credit so I cancelled it when I saw it went to shipping.  Then I realized I had enough credit because I cancelled something else and could have just had CS change the payment.  Now to hope it pops back up at the same price.

Edit- I say that and it immediately pops back up at the same price. :)  Not that I have any need to buy a game ever again... I need to stop.
