I'm trying to figure out the same thing. If anything, judging by the people who are asking questions on their Facebook page, they don't get a lot of business from the USA.

EDIT: decided to give it a shot since I figured I could dispute the charge if it was BS. I now have Rocksmith 2014.

I'd say use extreme caution with this one. At least one of their partners was also listed on a site scamming Xbox Live Gold Memberships not long ago. Their feedback system on the site, has mostly negative feedback. A lot of people mentioning that they have to get a phone call or something before the purchase goes through. 

EDIT: I tried out their 24/7 chat expecting it to be a bot and I think I got a real person. They were nice and answered a few questions I had about the site. Now I am leaning a little bit towards not a scam.

I got from them fifa before with no problems. They had batman origins for $22 and i was like u guys and i didnt get it! If u sign up and go to profile page then promo codes they have this promotion and give u extra 5% off promo codes for you or your friends. Now im waiting for them to put batman on sale again....
 
Is this one better than the first Rocksmith Edition?

I have the Real-Tone Cable and Guitar,but not the game.(sold it)

 
Im not talking about the first one to 2014, im talking about a 360 real tone cable on the PC. Im assuming it works 

 
I just got it to (I'm sure it will be a while before it comes down in price this much again).

However, I would advise not to give them your credit card information: their security seems iffy.  After buying the code (it's downloading on Steam as I write this), I got an e-mail from them with a password that was assigned to me and in plain-text.

Happily, I used PayPal anyway and quickly changed the password (for whatever that's worth if their security stinks).

I'd definitely be cautious. Remember it's not that you bought it from them or you could lose access to Rocksmith 2014 that is the issue. The issue is there is not a 0% chance you could lose access to ALL your steam games because you bought from them. If the only risk was you'd lose your money for the game you bought and you couldn't play it, no one would care, but if Steam wanted to send a message or Ubisoft wanted to have Steam send a message to stop people from buying from these "grey market" key sites, they are well within their rights to suspend your steam account for it and you lose access to ALL your steam games, in either a temporary suspension or permanent one. Take it from someone who had a payment issue with Steam itself during one of their sales because of their server load, their support SUCKS. They take 2-3 days to answer emails, with no way to reach them immediately on the phone, they will blackmail you into buying the game at regular price if you want your account back, and all that time "communincating" via email you'll be locked out of your account unable to play any of the previously purchased paid for games you "own". If you only have a few Steam games then it's probably not such a big risk, but if you have in the triple digits, then it's probably not worth the price savings unless you are absolutely sure the site is legit.

 
Well let me explain you something. Games are released in different parts of world for different prices. Sometimes they are region lock sometimes not(rocksmith is not region locked). So i would not be surprised if this guys got this game from some third world country reseller. Got steam keys out of boxes and sell it now with discounted price since they dont have to follow MSRP. I seen this happen many times like go to ebay and look for same EA titles and u will see bunch of sellers from Indie selling at half price few day after game was released.  I have over 200 games in my steam/origin  and i bought half of them from sites like this one without 1 problem for over 2 years now. Saved massive amounts of $ and i think i will keep doing it. And trust Steam is not going to Suspend idk how many accounts but i think in 100K-1M of people who bought games from unauthorized re seller. After developers got their cut.

And this is exactly why I don't think the gaming world should blindly jump with both feet into the all-digital pool. Something about owning but not really "owning" the game really doesn't sit well with me. I don't trust some of these companies that have terrible support service. At least with a physical copy they couldn't tell you what to do with it.

If I were you guys I'd just scope out a Black Friday deal for the physical copy of the game. I'm sure it won't be that bad. Rocksmith games are awesome but their value doesn't hold very well.
