What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

Got a PS3 Last of Us bundle that was Very Good, was more like new.

Everything was still wrapped and in great condition.

$160 well spent to replace my broke Blu Ray drive Slim.

 
Just got my "very good" condition Black 3DS XL in today for $117.80. I think this thing is still brand new sealed. None of the three stickers over the ends are opened. Pretty awesome, I just wish the Amazon warehouse didn't slap like 4 additional stickers on the box.

 
I'm sure this has been asked before, but the forum won't let me search this thread for the term ps4.

Has anyone seen a ps4 system popup? If so, at what price?

Very nice. Congrats! I still think the black 3DS XL is the slickest looking model in NA.
 
I'm very happy with my New Super Mario Bros 2 I ordered on January 8th for less than $20.  It was called only "Good" and for some reason took a week to ship and only 36 hours to get here.  The biggest problem with it is the shrink wrap was gone and Amazon Warehouse stuck a really sticky sticker on it.  So now it's sticky when trying to open it. 

However otherwise it looks new, and the Nintendo Club Code worked.  So I'm happy.

I haven't played it yet, so maybe the game is broken.  :lol:

HN LE and MKII LE are still pretty hard to find. But you definitely got a great deal on Victory LE. If you are bothered by the outer tin, there was one going for <$10, maybe replace it with that?

Bah, the Acceptable Mario & Sonic Sochi bundle I ordered was canceled. I guess that settles any concerns I might have had over whether it was worth getting.

Spring Roll, it seems to happens often around holidays, due to weather delays, product availability, and proximity to the location. Also, AWD is not Amazon but considered a 3rd party even though they are Amazon's warehouse deals as such the service is sometimes not on the same level as Amazon. Just something to keep in mind.

Except that like all Amazon fulfilled sellers all their product is at Amazon warehouses and being processed by Amazon personnel.

I still can't believe I held onto my MKII LE when it was going for $200 easy. Still have it and 2 Victory LE's. Sold my HN LE because it had some shrinkwrap damage.

I saw that actually! Not a bad idea! I see them going for <15 on various sites. I still have my HN LE and HN MKII LE (albeit both opened), but I am very happy with this deal!

You dare complain here for the prices you paid for those? General rule of thumb, that when something is a stupidly amazing deal, unless it literally looks like someone used the game as a Frisbee, or a dogs chew toy, or never actually arrives, take your win. Don't sweat the little things lol.

Although I am wondering what to do in a different situation, I had an item with guaranteed delivery set to last Saturday, Sunday comes around and there wasn't any tracking information besides "In transit to the carrier" when it was supposedly shipped two/three days before (The tracking # didn't even register as valid on USPS.com). I contacted amazon and they offered a refund or a re-ship saying it was lost. I had them re-send it, and it actually arrived the same day that the re-shipped order did. Was for a 32GB micro SD for my phone, and a copy of Scribblenauts Unmasked for 3DS. I am debating what action to take as amazon is derpy and if I had refused the package, or send it back, they probably would end up just refunding me the origional order, and it would turn into a "Shut up and take my money" type scenario. Thoughts?

Except, if it isn't Amazon directly as of late (or anyone other than AWD), the shipments are not being prepared on time. My quote earlier was in reference to the degradation of their service as of late in relation to AWD, not whether they were Amazon fulfilled. Folks confuse AWD and Amazon as one in the same (they are part of it but not just it).

Very much this. However, not everyone knows that. Most of us that participated in that trade sent them new or sealed in light of the Defiance fiasco so those who get them should receive them in mint condition.

I erroneously received a $75 gift card instead of a copy of Tearaway a while back. I told CS thinking they could just deactivate it or let me keep it; instead I was told to send back the gift card immediately (I had to find and pay for something to ship it in) and then I would be sent Tearaway.

If you have no use for it, just sell it I'd say

That's the part of amazon that gets sketchy.

It would just be funny if they can see that I searched it lol, like "Oh he must have gotten it.

But honestly they did that shit to me to.

They refunded me twice and they expected for me to pay with my card, even though I still had credit.

Only part of amazon that is pretty gay tbh.

 
Damn.  Right when I added it to my cart Pokemon disappeared.  Pokemon, Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart, and Zelda are the four games I really want.  And I was too stupid to buy MK for $30 earlier.

My fiance got a pair of bluetooth headphones from Amazon that she did not order. I told her to return them..... trying to be decent and gain a little good karma. She contacted Amazon and they couldn't track down the item or who was supposed to get it. They kept insisting it was a gift. So she politely thanked the rep for the new gift. Now I have a new set of bluetooth headphones.

You can find them all from BB used for no more than $25 + tax, less if your GCU, SM3DL is available right now.

Scribblenauts unmasked work? I ended up with 2 due to an amazon goof.

But yeah if anyone gets a spare TR CE, they can keep the game (and DLC and trade/sell it to wherever gets the most) but I think the extras, and mainly the statue would be awesome. The reason they are probably new sealed ones is due to a lot of the TR flipping cags ended up doing XD (The CE was on sale at GS, we ordered from the site, and then sent them out to amazon, I literally never took them out of the shipping box, swapped the GS packing slip for the amazon trade in slip, slapped the new label on and taped it up and handed it right back to the UPS guy XD)

However isn't the Best Buy stuff very used? Like no Nintendo code? Why would I spend as much for used as I could for a "like new" copy?

I also like Amazon and HATE Best Buy.
