So here's a question for the people that ordered Fighter Within from an amazon prime eligible 3rd party seller (action gear) to flip to Best Buy but weren't able to flip it on Monday (the TIV tanked on Tueday). If I refuse the delivery of the package (they dropped it off at my house so I will need to go to the UPS store and tell them I want to refuse the delivery), what else do I need to do to receive a full refund? Should I still contact amazon about it or do you just wait until they issue you a refund or what? Thanks for the help.

I don't think anything from my looking into it to do the same (so sad it dropped on Tuesday) but I haven't done it before either.

On there shipping information page amazon has this note:
Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. In order to ensure that the return and refund are processed correctly, go to the Online Returns Center. For more information about our refund policies, go to About Refunds.
So idk if it could be for the fact I know with radio shack there delivery warehouses and there return processing centers are in two different locations so If you refuse delivery wouldn't the item go back to the shipping warehouse instead of the return processing place?

Radio Shack?! Also that's odd since Amazon tells you to refuse delivery if you try too cancel too late.

Wow, that is a mess of a bundle. Did not see that and yeah I would steer clear of that one.

Lol I used radio shack as a example from when I bought 10 phones to get 5 years of Netflix for free idk if amazon has different departments in different locations though but here the amazon page I was referencing http://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=200572810
 
Oh, yeah.  Amazons returns are in Kentucky and they ship from all over the country.  I would assume they would then route the RTS to that facility or something.

 
Damn that wii u is already preparing to ship on mobile it won't let me edit payment :/ I just got my kindle cards to cover costs. Now I'm out $130 real cash. Should I just stick with it since it was killer deal? I'm sorta on edge about this

WOOO! I almost gave up, I didn't think you could change it at all once it went to shipping. Thanks eld for the tip, I called and got it covered. I am doing my happy dance right now, you don't even know! Although I got put on hold forever and a year in between the process, I was going to die listening to the on hold music lol

btw: geez Dark Souls got shipped to me anyway, I cancelled it but didn't realize it didn't go through so it's headed my way :/ and I don't even have a PS3 anymore lol

Sounds like you're going to be doing a return to sender and refusing the shipment like a lot of us that ordered Fighter Within this week.

 
One of those (A) Silver DS Lites came in.  Some scuffs, the buttons have clearly been used for hundreds of hours, top screen looks perfect, bottom screen looks like they never put a screen protector on it (sadface), no dead pixels on either screen after my quick check, charger + stylus included.  Seems great for $23 (I think that's what it was).  MUCH MUCH MUCH better than the (A) 3DS I tried to order once.  Boy that thing was a disgusting wreck.

My copies of ACIV and Watch Dogs were 'cancelled' at SDCC because Amazon thought they were fraudulent purchases. Except they then mailed out ACIV and I still got charged. And I just got a release date update for Watch Dogs. Even though the orders no longer officially exist and no one at Amazon can find them in the system.

 
I still become more and more convinced my tales of symphonia is going to get cancelled, as I've seen several copies on here since I've purchased mine, but my order status still has not updated at ALL with prime shipping and still says it's coming next Tuesday. Thinking about contacting amazon, but they'll probably just give me the generic response they gave the other guy.

Yeah, that doesn't look good.

 
The coolest thing EVERRRRRR just happened. I went on amazon chat, and explained the situation to her and at first, it didn't seem like I was going to get anywhere because she was all like "I updated your shipping speed to one day, so now you'll get it on Monday, the 17th!" I was like "errrrr," to myself, thinking it's still probably going to get cancelled. I voiced my concerns to her, and she basically told me that if I wanted to, I could order a NEW copy from amazon and she would manually adjust the price for me.

So I got a NEW copy of ToS chronicles for $26.xx and now it's coming on Friday! Couldn't be happier. :D

Wellll, you still basically got me this deal. I suppose I could make an exception. :whistle2:

I generally don't bother with amazon chat for the same reason, but I could tell something was different this time. I generally get "you are speaking to Raj or rasmeet, or some other call center person name from amazon.com" and that's generally when all the responses are copy and pasted, but this time, it said I was speaking to "amazon from amazon.com"! I've never had that one before! The person who greeted me said her name was Nicole T, but none of her responses seemed automated at all. After she gave me the discount and said it was coming on Friday, I told her that I was very happy about that, and she said "Great! It makes me very happy that you're happy! " It's nice not to get automated messages for once!

That never happens to me. Well I complained about the instant cancellation of the DS Lite that was posted for $23.XX. Gave me a $30 credit so maybe I'll pick up another 3DS game. Who knows.

Anyhow, just came in to whine a bit so feel free to pass my post.  I was one of the few who got one of those VG $277 PS4s on Friday and it still is in "not yet shipped" status.  The original estimated delivery date is tomorrow to Saturday (went FSSS).  Just wondering if it hasn't changed status yet, what's the chances I'll get it?

Yikes, that's not looking very good... I would try contacting amazon. Maybe you'll get lucky like I did today. Basically, it sounds like they're going to be all like "sorry, we didn't have any in stock, so we cancelled your order!" At the very least, maybe they'll give you free one day shipping or something (assuming it's not going to get cancelled).

Nice! $30 credit for cancelled $23 DS lite! You did good! The most they ever offer me is $5, lol. I'm scared to push because I don't want to get banned. I call customer service whenever I have an issue (which has been often lately). They gave me credit for BD being damaged, they incorrectly rejected my game one time and it arrived damaged, so they gave me the trade in value PLUS let me keep the game, and I've had a lot of items pushed to one day shipping. I still have like $600 amazon credit, so it'd majorly suck if I got banned.

Thanks, if I get desperate enough, I'll open up a chat later. I was thinking about waiting one more day to contact them. I guess I'll keep my fingers crossed....maybe they'll send me a new one like you did....lol.

 
Today, I received my 277 PS4. It looks like new and work with any issues. I tested a game and a movie. I want to change for new one, but any Gamestop has in stock.

Edit- Never mind, just saw it. Normal generic description so we shall we what I get. Might get cancelled anyway since it's back ordered to the 25th.
