Never traded a console, so I dont really know. Dont plan on trading this one, but I do wish it had a controller. But I'm not complaining.

Well, my 20 and 60 gb PS3s have shipped. Hopefully they work because they are replacing both my friend's and my PS3s that are close to death.

 
Just got my LN PS4 in today!  It looks and runs great......everything was in their bags etc....now the question is am I covered under warranty or should I trade it into GS and buy a new PS4 for some extended warranty benefit or??

Ha, I've easily had mine for 4+ years and it stays on constantly. A lot of times, all day and night. It's went through 2 HDD upgrades, being dropped, and having shit spilled on it. Still working like a champ. I grabbed 2 yesterday for the backwards compatibility, and to have a living room unit.

Yeah, I was surprised. Works out great as my plan was to move all my PS1/2 classics over to this one and use it exclusively for PS1/2 and media streaming in my living room. Now I dont have to worry if I have space for all of them.

Please give us an update when you get your 20GB console. I am curious to why it cost more. Really hope I get the same type of package as the one you got.

Sony DOES NOT cover second hand PS4s. If you are looking for warranty from Sony, do the GS swap. I literally did it earlier today.

 
Got my 296 LN PS4 today, doesn't look like its been played, all accessories are there, with bags and controllers have the plastic on them still. Box was rough, it is an original launch one, no code, BUT it must have been a dualshock 4 bundle because it had a second DS4 attached to the box. Gotta test it tonight and make sure it works
 
Peeps getting their LN/VG PS4s. Check them! Run them! Mine looked brand spanking new but after about ten minuets of Resogun it froze every single time.

Just got a notification that my (LN) PS4 has shipped. Will be here tomorrow. Will have to check this out. Kinda nervous that the failure rate on these has been so high and yet it's been kept so quiet. Anyone have issues with the drive being faulty? I am deciding on whether or not it's worth investing into an actual ps4 disc to verify full functionality. Looks like there are multiple issues with this console.
