Amazon has some great warehouse deals, and most of their used games are in like new condition. Please post specific deals you find via Warehouse deals in this thread. Check latest posts for the newest deals, or click the link below.

What is Amazon Warehouse Deals?
Warehouse Deals is part of amazon that has open box, generally like new items.

Is the Amazon Warehouse Deals return policy the same as Amazon's return policy?
Yes, All purchases are eligible for Amazon customer service and 30 day return policy.

I'm using the games sort by console link, and the games will not sort by price properly. What is wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong, the sort by price feature on Amazon is broken

I'm waiting for a 360, ps3, 3ds, or PS Vita to pop up.. What time do they usually appear?
They can show up any time, the best way to find it is have the item tabbed on your browser, and download an auto refresh app and frequently check it... Sometimes they will not pop up on amazon warehouse deals storefront, you will need to check the "used" section of the item

Why did all the prices of games randomly jump up?
Games on warehouse deals generally go on a cycle. They will get extremely low, great deals.. Then they will jump back up and restart the cycle of falling in price again.

I have a gaming credit and/or an Amazon gift card. Can both of these be applied to Warehouse Deals orders?
Gift cards can be applied to orders made on warehouse deals, however video game credit is only good for items shipped and sold by "amazon.com", warehouse deals does not count as this.

What was Penny Deals?
In early September of 2011, tons of newer release, more expensive games popped up for 1 penny each. Many CAG members placed orders, expecting them to get cancelled. Some were cancelled, however many CAGS got a large amount of games for a penny each. There has been no confirmation what exactly happened and why these games were sold for a penny.

What condition are products from Warehouse Deals generally in?
Usually, games are re-shrinked wrap and almost in perfect condition. Any game i have personally ever bought has in like new condition. However, some people have reported that games were scratched with stickers on the insert. Consoles are also usually reported in like new or new condition with box damage. Rarely, a console may be missing a key component such as a power brick. Games listed in "acceptable" condition likely have very beaten up cases, or are missing cases, and are in not so great condition, but generally have a working game disc.

I got a PS4 but the charging cable doesn't fit the controller so I can't play it or try it out to see if it works. They say that the item is fully functional and all accessories are present and undamaged but that's clearly false. What recourse do I have? I don't necessarily want to return it.

Buy a micro USB if you really want to test it out. They're super cheap.

Yes. sexuallyfrustrated tried playing dumb by telling them he was missing a USB and since the stock description said playable game included wasn't there he made it sound like he should've gotten a game and bragged on getting $62 back. Then when we called him out he acted like a victim. But yes. If you're missing a cable that's what they're gonna refund you back.

They'll give you that much back, BUT you can request for a lower amount of money to, say, match the price of a usb cable from amazon or something. The representative will be more than happy to do it.

 
my ps2 came and the controller is fairly dirty and gummy. whats a good way to clean it? I have tried diff household cleaner before but they leave a sticky residue.

Wish your efforts would help improve their quality control, but they probably won't. AWD items are handled by NorAm and not Amazon directly--I've received plenty of AWD items with labels from NorAm. Further, I doubt a minimum wage employee cares enough to alert higher ups to how they can improve their shipping processes. From working such jobs, I know that the only thought on my mind was to get the day over with.

Not to mention that most of their CS is from overseas, then NorAM, the returns department, the various warehouses, and other people who won't be bothered to communicate over such a thing aren't even in the same physical location.

Lol. Maybe with enough BS credits, Amazon may finally look into revamping their AWD process. $60 in credit for scratches--or whatever excuse you have--for an item that shouldn't have even been for sale in the first place is ridiculous. Yes, I'm talking about you people bitching about the conditions in which your "NOT FOR SALE" PS4s and Xbox Ones arrived in.

What's the cheapest Ni No Kuni shows up for? I have a $10 coupon on eBay and can get it for $4. Does AWD come close to that so I can use the coupon on something else?

I think a few times it's been one of those games that shows up super cheap like $2-4 but it's random and get snagged quick. Prob better off getting on eBay if you want it right away.

That's a damn good price. If you really want to save me cash though, I've seen it hit AWD for around $3.50ish.

I honestly thought about reading your post with your "issues," but then I remembered your command of the English language and decided against it. I'm guessing there's a lot of reasons to just return the damn items--like you would at any other retailer--, to avoid USED items altogether, or just BS complaints. You may just want to avoid AWD seeing as how you have a lot of complaints, but then again, you may be a glutton for punishment--or free credit.

These incidents are so hard to believe. No one with common sense would keep shopping at the same place over and over again after consistently terrible experiences... it's impossible. I dumped GS after getting screwed over with a gutted game being sold as new. Ain't going back there. But this guy wants compensation for pretty much everything he buys. I'd imagine he is one of those people that fake fall in a supermarket and sue. Stop buying online if it is giving you this must hassle. You would be doing yourself a favor as well as Amazon.

Not saying he is lying but he must of did something seriously fuck to get this amount of negative karma. Usually I'm not one to talk off topic in a thread but reading his justification for his complaints is getting under my skin because most of the posts doesn't even make sense.

No, people would. I do. I shop at Gamestop after being repeatedly being treated horrible there. Three managers in particular have it out for me. They treat me like I'm a criminal because I take advantage of loopholes to get good deals. But I make a lot of money at Gamestop's expense, so I have to shop there. Well, it's all in the past now. The DM that was enabling them, who also had a problem with me, was canned. The new DM doesn't tolerate shenanigans from managers anymore, no matter what the customer does, save for outright stealing. So now it's open season on their asses. Here's Johnny!

First, do not pay $240 for a Wii U. Pay $220 or less. Secondly, Pikmin is awesome. So is Mario, Lego City Undercover, and Wind Waker HD. Wonderful 101 and Donkey Kong too, though personally I'm not the biggest fan of those.

I also take into account Mario Kart coming in two months, and we know at some point in the future Smash Bros and Bayonetta 2 are coming. Along with that Project X game.

I paid $200 for mine and even if those are the only games that ever release for it, it was worth it for me.

Personally, I think it's absolutely worth it. You are getting a system that has a lot of exclusive content available right now, with more on the way. The one thing I would say is, make sure you understand what you are purchasing so you aren't disapointed with your purchase. IMO, the Wii U is best as a companion console to go along with a PS4, or Xbone, or for gamers who have to play Nintendo's first party titles.

Currently Zombi U, Lego City Undercover, New Super Mario Brothers, Mario 3D World, The Wonderful 101, Pikmin 3, Donkey Kong Tropical Freeze, Wind Waker HD, Sonic Lost Worlds, Nintendo Land, Earthbound, some eShop titles like Dr. Luigi and NES Remix, and tons of cheap Wii games available that you may have missed on Wii, make it worth the relatively low cost of entry. With Mario Kart 8, Smash Bros., Bayonetta, Hyrule Warriors, X, etc... all buys for me in the near future it's definitely worth a look.

If those titles don't excite you, or you expect to play most AAA third party titles on it, then save your money cause you will likely be disapointed!

They tell the truth. But get the Mario and luigi bundle for $210-220 on AWD then trade in game. Nets you about $40 credit. Then basically console is $180. I just got a wii u and can def say zombie u, SM3DW and the new donkey long are great games! A+

I'm also enjoying playing monster hunter 3 ultimate for the first time. (Never played a game before)

Either someone bought a lot of the stuff that was normally on the front page of the AWD Vidya Games or this is a weird restock.  When I refreshed this morning it went from Next Gen games to a hodge podge of stuff.
