It's done, let's see if I get the trophy.

Edit- Got it!  Now to clean up the three perks I didn't finish and that should be the plat.

I'm curious, how did you make your PS4 not install the patch while off/everytime you turned it off/booted the game?
I disabled the network connection. Which is why the card in my signature doesn't have a bunch of Wolfenstein trophies.

I switched to Chrome (I would just use IE, but my work won't allow us to install anything higher than IE6...so yeah) and I haven't had a single crash since I stopped using Firefox.

Long story short, Firefox sucks.
This is exactly why I switched to Chrome. I had memory leaks for years before that, and just put up with it because it was still better than IE. Now I use Chrome first, IE second, and Firefox only if I'm checking for a browser issue (I'm a programmer and do some web stuff.)

And yeah I know ipas are supposed to be hoppy which is why I hate them. So hard to drink.
I've learned to enjoy IPAs but yeah, it's definitely a harsh kind of beer. Stouts, on the other hand, I always have to choke down. Typically I only drink beer when I'm out at a bar/restaurant, and I focus mostly on stuff I've not had. I love trying new things. I hop around a lot as well; I'll have an IPA and then follow it with a porter or something to kind of balance out the tastes.

I used to not really enjoy coffee, mostly because of the hotness. Then I learned how great iced coffee is and that it can be mixed with chocolate. Now that's the only way I'll drink it if I ever have it. Too much caffeine for me, usually.
I went to Japan in 2003 for a study abroad thing. I already hated tea, but had only had it cold. I still hated it when I tried it in Japan, but also tried hot green tea. Now I drink TONS of hot jasmine tea. And by tons I mean I go through 4-6 pots (40oz each) a day of tea.

It plays havoc on my teeth. though. They're stained like crazy after doing this for the past few years.

Started Arkham City, either Arkham Asylum (non-combat) controls are a lot clunkier than I remember or I am really rusty.
I should give AC a try. I really disliked AA. I thought the combat was terrible, the fetch quests were annoying, the camera viewpoint atrocious, and the story was dull. I can't see AC being particularly better, but maybe the balance is changed enough to make it worthwhile.

Sweet, because the story in Bayonetta was really the best part of the game...can't wait to watch a Bayonetta movie that is 100% story and 0% gameplay.

Oh go hump your 792p Xbone and play your stupid Sixty Second Shooter deluxe traitor game that Sony made possible.
I still need to play Bayonetta. I got it for xmas and it looks delightful, but my backlog is getting in the way. :(

I ended up buying an XB1 controller yesterday for the computer. I've been swapping my DS3 back and forth between the PC and PS3 for gaming, but the software I use often doesn't pick the DS3 up correctly. I would rather have bought a DS4 for the PC, but the whole wrapper bullshit thing is just so annoying to deal with. I'm not sure why Sony never released Windows drivers for DS3/DS4, but the XB1 drivers were as simple as plug it in and it works. That's nice enough to override the fact that the DS4 is a bit nicer, IMO.

I really enjoy Guinness, but I tend to lean towards a stout made by a local brewery (Deschutes) more and more. I've been missing Goose Island since leaving Chicago. But then Coors bought them and now I can find it here on the West Coast occasionally.
I've never liked Guinness. Goose Island did start showing up in Nashville over the past year or two. It's pretty decent. Generally when I drink beer at home (rare nowadays) I stick to high gravs. There are a couple of liquor stores around here that have really good selections of those. Expensive, though. I've had a few that cost $20. It's hard to justify when I can spend 2-3 times that much on a decent bottle of scotch which goes a lot further for me.

I could become an alcoholic on scotch, though. I'd be fine with that, but drinking is an expensive habit and so not good for that reason. But still...I love scotch.

I'm a tea-aholic as well. Hot or cold.

Also, way too many run from this sections and the Tomb Raider reboot did it better. The ending though was done much better over the first 2 games though.
I haven't played Uncharted at all yet. I've got 4 of the damn games so I should get on that. I did play Tomb Raider 2013 earlier this year, though...I'm hoping Uncharted doesn't play like that. I didn't much care for the combat in TR. There was way too much of the pitched battle stuff. I would have liked a lot more focus on stealth/scavaging. They introduced that as a mechanic then dropped it for the most part a couple hours in, which was a shame. After the opening I think there were maybe 1-2 spots where you had wolves. Then a domesticated pig or two later on. I'm hoping the Tomb Raider trilogy games get a nice discount during the Steam Summer Sale so I can try those out--they look like they might be more to my interests than the reboot turned out to be.

Goddammit. You ruined my run. Jerkface.

Edit: I had this in sarcasm font to show I was joking, but then changed it back to regular because I'm really not.
It was a solid run. Impressive post length and quality, even a multiquote in there. You're the chain poster this thread deserves, but not the one it needs right now.

The Lienenkugals family of beers is where it's at. If you don't have any in your area, come to Wisconsin and grab some.

While you're there grab some Spotted Cow. Now that shit is the truth.

Also, the all Japenese audio in Battle Princess of Arcadias has gotten pretty whiny and pretty annoying. And that story is fucked up. I don't play any Japanese games so maybe this is normal, but the fucking king is a goose. Everyone else is human, except the fucking goose king.

Spotted Cow is good beer, but it is probably one of the least impressive beers that New Glarus makes. It hurts me that someone from that great beer state would put Leinenkugel on the top of the heap.

It's not at the top of the heap for me, it's just the more famous local one that I pimp that other people may actually be able to acquire. Plus I once got to miss class in high school to tour their brewery as research for a report, so I feel I owe them for being awesome and close to where I lived.

I'll have to try some of those other New Glarus beers. I think I had one other but I can't remember the name.

CAG is actually a pretty shitty site when it comes to quoting. What I'd really like to see is the thread contents be in some form of frame or whatever so that you can change pages without having to lose your reply. It'd also be nice if it floated so you could hit quote and not be dropped to the bottom of the page and then have to go back up to find where the hell you were. Generally I'm the type of person that would go through 4-5 pages, quoting post after post, and have a massive multi-quote response if CAG was set up in the way I've described. Since it's not, it's easy to end up with several posts in a row if you're trying to catch up and are responding to posts as you do so.

For some reason I thought most of their stuff was fruity beer, which I don't like. I just checked and they actually have a respectable-looking lineup. I might have to look more into their beers as I see them, though the fruity impression might be because that's what's mostly available here, now that I think about it.

Summer Shandy makes for a pretty good cookout/pool party beer. It's my "summer" beer of choice atm, but to be fair there's a LOT of beers I haven't tried.

That was actually pretty decent. Your posts were actually meaningful so I didn't even notice the run until this post.

So you get points for an impressive run; points deducted for taking place in this stupid contest that spams bullshit posts for me to read.

But...they weren't bullshit posts (except for the one you quoted.) I would have multi-quoted more if the site was set up appropriately for it. I'll admit I was curious after the first few how long the run would be, but that's as far as that went.

Finished Papo & Yo via PSNow (late to the party as always).  It was okay I guess.  Clunky controls made for some awkward platforming but nothing too bad.  I liked the subject matter and the idea of how they handled it, but the execution could have been better.

I told you the posts were good... read it again. It's the contest itself that overly produces bullshit posts.

The fruity shit is probably what gets deter items more. I used to only drink the Honey Weiss, but branched out and love most ones they put out, except for the fruity shit which I hate. Summer Shandy being the one exception. I like that once in awhile, but I can't do a whole twelve pack if it. Need more beer flavors to break it up in between. The Big Butt Doppelbock they put out was my favorite. The Original is tasty too. Also the new Canoe Paddler damn fine.

And now I really want a beer. 9:30 isn't too early right?

It doesn't matter what I'm doing, if the guitar solo from "Comfortably Numb" comes on, I have to stop, turn the volume up (usually in time with the solo intro) and air jam the shit out of it.

Its never too early to start drinking as long as you dont have any responsibilities at that time. I do like that link whatever from Wisconsin. Also anyone try spaten beers? Their optimator is awesome. They have others that are really good too.

Stranglehold's guitar solo is amazing and I have a similar response to that. I hate that it's so great because the song lyrics are gross and Ted Nugent is a terrible human being.

I also feel guilty every time I enjoy one of his songs. And that is a damn fine guitar solo.

My top three solos that require me to air jam:

1) Comfortably Numb
2) Sweet Child O' Mine
3) Bass solo at the end of Orion

I'm playing through the Mass Effect Trilogy on PS3 right now. I'm about halfway through the first game and there are a couple things I don't remember. One, it's full of glitches and odd hiccups like zooming in on someone's shoulder because the cutscene started when one of your party was in front of the speaker. The other thing is that the autosaves are the absolute worst. It autosaves before a conversation that leads to a certain boss fight, if you die you have to sit through 5 minutes of dialog. I'm on about my fifth attempt at the moment.... Overall loving it again but I guess I had just forgotten these little issues.

Summer shandy tastes like fruity pebbles in beer form.

Spaten is good, but way too filling for me.

Blue Moon and Boulevard Wheat are probably my two favorite beers, with Sam Adams Boston Lager in a close 3rd.

Oh now were talking about guitar and bass solos?

Ummmm, how about anything by Rush?
I appreciate Rush's amazing playing ability and musicianship, but I also never really got into them. Sure I'll rock out to Tom Sawyer like everyone else, but never owned an album or got to deep into them. I tried after reading
Ready Player One
but it never took. And I'm a bass freak so it should have. Maybe I'll try again.

I think the best solo I've heard/best 47 seconds of music ever is The White Sea by The Sword. So sad the original drummer quit on them.
