Yeah I have two options...

1. Dip into my PS4 fund and buy a new one.

2. Use the Windows 7 install disc that I have for that computer and install it on this CR-48 I have and never use anymore. Then get an enclosure like TOPSIDE mentioned to use my desktop HDD as an external HDD for that.

I'm going to go with option 2, but I'm having trouble locating that install disc. I actually realized I haven't seen the CD wallet it and the rest of my PC related discs are in since we moved last year. So it should be a good week trying to find that.

Sorry about your computer, but something you could or should do...if you can, burn a Ubuntu (linux) live cd or live usb stick. (ubuntu.com) The default burnable .iso has this. This will boot your computer with a full blown linux OS. If windows has crapped out you can at least save your files on to an external disc if the drive is working. When booting the live cd just say you want to try it out, not to install it. Basically this way you are running in RAM and not off the hard drive (you don't want to overwrite anything).

Has anyone bought the insignia DS4 charging thing that Best Buy has for the DotD? I am thinking about getting it...but then I thought maybe I should hold on to my credit.

Didn't think of that...good call. I could do a CD, but my USB ports don't seem to be working so I have zero keyboard access. I'm going to give it a shot though, because I absolutely cannot find my Windows 7 discs.

 
So are the Golds really fuckin awesome and do they work for both PS3 and PS4?  I've been wondering what to use some Wal-Mart credit on and I can get them for like $15 after my credit.

I just got mine so I haven't fully tested them out, but so far they're great. Works for PS3, PS4, and vita (wired for vita though)

Range is really good; about 20-25 feet before they cut out. There's an app on PS3 and PS4 for it. I haven't tried downloading any of the sound profiles for them yet, but the idea itself is awesome.

Personally they are much to like the original Pulse for me as far as size. I really want to get the Pulse Elites, but I am waiting for the next model to get them. As far as sound and quality goes, it is supposed to be a huge improvement and will probably kick serious ass with the next Uncharted.

Good to know cause I actually use headphones a lot with the Vita (I've just been using the iPhone headphones).

Thanks for the input guys, I'll buy them. Now to decide if I want to wait for the white ones or just go ahead and get the black ones.

 
Ugh I remember when I used to not be busy at work and could join in the convo instead of having to just catch up on it.

Anyways, great convo today. 8 or 9 out of 10.  As always, Velo delivering big time.

And I'm definitely pro-boob job.  Getting huge ones might be fun to look at but they're definitely silly.  But they can do wonders if they are the right shape for a girl's body type.  My fwb has them and they're just perfect, and the scars are basically non-existent.  I don't know why others would have such bad scarring.

And Velo, that chick definitely looks like a tgirl.

Alright so this Ubuntu disc loaded, gave me a purple screen, and now I just have a flashing underscore in the top left. It's been going like that for about 5 minutes. Am I supposed to wait this out, or is it a bust from here?

 
Took a mini vacation and was without reliable cell service for a few days. Looks like I missed 40 (!) pages of this thread (100 ppp). I'm guessing that was 70% flash sale and world cup, so I'll call it a win since both are now over.

On to boob jobs? I'm not against them in theory, but I haven't spent any time exploring a set to know how much worse they are than the real thing.

It's times like right now where I know enough about computers that I can try some fixes before just jumping into buying shit or throwing money at a problem. I had a random thought to just check the cables on the motherboard and they were all secure, and after checking I was getting the same result. Then I pulled out the power supply cable to the motherboard, and just popped it back in. Now everything is working again. Success! PS4, here I come!

 
Im against the boob job. Been with 2 chicks with them (That I can remember). 

One was in her early 40s, small latin woman. She prolly went from A cup to c/d and they were like rocks. Hard as hell. She had a great ass though, and im still more of an ass man myself, so wasnt a big deal.

Other chick was early 30s and hers were actually not terrible. She had small boobs to begin with I think, and for her body type, would have looked a little funny. She was prolly B before and went to D. Her left boob was really good, wait that would be her right, thinking of her on top of me squeezing them. Yea her right boob was good, great feel. I think her left boob was a little off, if you cupped it just right could feel the implant. Never felt the right one. Left boob messed up I think, she had a nasty scar on her areola. Other boob, no scar.

So out of 4 fake boobs ive dealt with, 1 boob was good.

My AC bill is gonna be through the roof this month, it will struggle to get my house below 80 today. I have a tri-level so getting that cool air up to the top floor doesn't work very well.
