im 90+ hours in Resonance of Fate. I'm all for investing time in a good game if it delivers. I am happy with my time commitment to this game. I am glad to have played it. Things we tell ourselves.

9 days is my longest, but I just let myself die because I'm bored. I could definitely survive longer if I knew what to do.

No, I need to read about what's useful to craft. I made a science machine a few times.

i was taking the pix as i was editing in the spoilers. Trying to keep all pix spoilers. I'm not gonna post any pix on here that would get me banned. ill do a cag show later for an hour and play some vita. ;)

I'm pretty sure that any breastfeeding or otherwise nudes taken with the Vita camera are considered fair game.

I used mostly this theory when clearing out a lot of games. I just outright sold some stuff (old sealed games always go for more which is nice). I'm down to about 12 physical games but I kept Spider-Man (PS1) because it's an all-time favorite and I can play it again on the PS3. I'm also currently playing Ocarina on the 3DS (old game) but that's a remake so I'm not sure if it counts. If anyone cares I'm up to the Water Temple now (the entrance) so basically I'm back to the furthest point I ever got...can't wait to finally finish this so I can check it off the should've fuck ing finished by now list.ss.

The water temple was the worst part about the game, so don't give up on it because that's the greatest game of all time imo...the mini boss is sweet in that temple though.

I've heard but I feel like I've been blowing through the other dungeons so I think I'm geared up for a challenge.

nahhh...looking at the scenery was great...hunting for bears, finding all the other animals, wreaking havoc in the towns, and a lot of other stuff I can't remember because its been a few years. There wad plenty to do and see in that game

If you're playing it on 3DS I think they re-did the Water Temple to make it a little bit simpler.

That being said, the original Water Temple was awesome. I don't get why it gets so much hate. The only obnoxious thing to me was constantly putting on and taking off the iron boots. Overall it was definitely challenging, but I really enjoyed it. Final boss isn't anything special though.

 
Microsoft is closing down their Xbox Entertainment Studios, which was basically exclusive TV shows they were making.  They're still gonna make the Halo TV show but doesn't sound like anything else is gonna come out of it.

Probably a good idea.  Hopefully Powers doesn't cost Sony very much and doesn't do very well so that Sony doesn't think exclusive TV shows is what I bought a PS4 for.

 
I read that Radiohead is going back into the studio this Fall for their 9 album and each CD comes with a free razor blade.

Just finished Odgen's Story in Dragon Fantasy Book 1. There were some really annoying mechanics in the game, specifically that you can't reorganize spells or items and that if you exit a menu/dungeon/fight and immediately press a direction the game doesn't pick up the movement properly and you have to release and press again. Otherwise it was short, which was nice, and the fights overall were fun. At the end they got a little long and it was annoying that leveling did little to increase your defence, though, so you had to heal or use items after every fight...which brings back the annoyance of having to go to a bottom of a list of items/spells constantly.

I'll go ahead and get the plat, I think. Odgen's story only took me about 4.5 hours and the other chunks are quite a bit shorter.

The first chapter is the longest by far. I started getting tired of it then chapter 2 and 3 flew by.

Unless you're talking about playing Book 2, there's no plat in Book 1.

 
So I got a little situation going on here.  I finally got my code entered in after the store finished crashing on me over and over again, but just as my code was accepted and I got to the confirmation screen the store thought it would get one last "fuck you" in there and booted me before I could confirm and begin downloading.  Went back in, entered code.  Says code has already been redeemed.  I go to my download list and sure enough, there it is.  Only I've got a problem now.... it won't allow me to download it.  What other paths are there to restart a download?

 
If anyone else is having trouble getting PSN to load, you may want to try redeeming your code through the Vita PSN store. I was able to get the store to load several times without issue and the code went through no problem. You can't get your PS3/PS4 to download it from there, but it cuts down on the time you'll have to wait for the web or PS4/PS3 stores to load. 

Was able to start my dl for the beta by through remote play (I'm at work). Took a couple trys but it was much faster than trying to wait on the webstore to load.

I get why all games don't have the same trophy values. I mean, it's not a perfect system, but it makes sense for the most part. Smaller games probably shouldn't have a full trophy set and a Platinum.

Giving more value to harder-to-get trophies is the whole reason TrueAchievements/TrueTrophies exist.

Xbox just started giving 1000 Gamerscore to all their games and I think it's actually pretty stupid. No way games like Nutjitsu and Another World should give the same amount of Gamerscore as Titanfall and Dead Rising 3.
