I know a few people here might be doing groups for Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late, just a heads up that HK PSN is apperently going to be selling it as well for HK$398 (2 HK$200 cards can get you it) which is cheaper than buying off Japanese PSN.

http://blog.asia.playstation.com/community/hk/en/playstation_network/playstation_store/blog/2014/07/22/whats-on-psn-this-week--22-july

You can get 2 HK$200 cards off play asia for $28 each, Making it about $56 for the whole game.

Maybe. Sorry, for some odd reason I don't recall actually seeing these "PMs". Hmmm. We'll call it a 140, then.

Anyway, I knew he'd eventually get one but if I recall didn't think it was worth it now or at the current price. That wasn't him, lol? Glad he appears to like it though as it proves what so many have said before. It isn't necessarily the number of games that makes it worth it.

@Clydeshebang I haven't exactly packed away my ps3 (was just looking for a share yesterday, lol). And it's still a monster media player in comparison to PS4. Whynotboth, gif etc etc..,
Nah, it definitely needs more games. Mercenary kings and a handful of AAA games is not gonna last me until 2015. I still don't think it's worth it at the current price. I just came across some extra cash that I didn't realize I had, plus had a bunch of games to trade into gamestop with their 50% extra deal, so I took the plunge.

Math has never been my strong suit, but what are we at now? From 180 to 140 to 360. So 320? :)

I somewhat agree about the library. For now, at least. That's not the primary reason I bought it. I could list them all but you'll soon discover for yourself when trying to download and install a game. Or syncing trophies (if you're even into that sort of thing).

If not $400 then what? Seems more than fair to me. Factoring in inflation I believe this is the cheapest a Playstation has launched at. Plus, as you mention there are tons of trade-in deals etc. Sorry, I'll stop proselytizing. Play what you want, people!

Mercenary Kings is probably my least favorite PS4 PS+ offering, btw.

@Breakfuss I never said the price wasn't fair for the hardware. I meant that the amount of games that are currently out does not seem worth the investment in the system. $400 is a lot to spend on a system with less than 10 exclusives worth playing. This is what I have been saying since the beginning. Just because I bought it doesn't change my stance on it. I haven't even made a 1 degree turn yet

@RPG, already done heh

Fair enough. I think the hardware and OS improvements more than justify upgrading as they significantly affect the way I play games. Something that might take 4-5 hours to download and install on PS3 now takes less than 2. Ehh, to me that's worth it but we can agree to disagree.

Against better judgement I may give LEGO Marvel another spin on PS4. Idk, idk. I sold off the PS3 version months ago but maybe with some added visual flare and stable fps I'll enjoy it this time.

Re: WS-37470-1 Error Code

Jul 22, 2014
Hey all. We appreciate the information you've given us as we will continue to investigate this particular error code. As of right now we can confirm that although you are receiving this error code, your consoles are still marked as the primary.

If you are activating your console as the primary and receiving the error, simply select "OK", log off, then log back in. You should be good to go from there. Thanks!

(later on the same person said)

That error code may represent an error with the download. Try deleting the game and redownloading it.

Didn't we already know this? Their announcement press release only talked about Steam getting a season pass and PSN/XBL would just get the individual episodes.

Edit, found it:

SAN JOSE, Calif., (June 4, 2014) – Leading video game publisher and developer BANDAI NAMCO Games America Inc. and FromSoftware today announced the impending arrival of three new DLC chapters to the critically acclaimed Dark Souls™ II for the PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, Xbox 360® games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and PC via Steam. These three new DLC chapters known as The Lost Crowns trilogy will take Dark Souls II fans through entirely original areas to face a slew of unknown enemies, overcome diabolic challenges, and take-on fearsome bosses. Crown of the Sunken King, the first chapter in this DLC trilogy, will be available in the Americas on July, 22, 2014 followed by the DLC launches ofCrown of the Old Iron King on August 26, 2014 and Crown of the Ivory King on September 24, 2014. A Season Pass program will also be offered for the entire The Lost Crowns trilogy via Steam for PC players in the Americas.

Crown of the Sunken King, the first chapter in the trilogy, sends players on a journey to reclaim the crowns that Drangleic's King Vendrick once owned. Crown of the Sunken King features an entirely different world within the Dark Souls II universe, where stepped pyramids span a vast underground cavern. It is said that one of the ancient crowns lay buried deep within these dark caverns; but surely such a valued item cannot sit unguarded. Players that seek adversity and glory will be rewarded with a crown that holds the strength of lords from times long past.

Rated "T" for Teen by the ESRB, Dark Souls II is available for the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system, the Xbox 360 games and entertainment system from Microsoft, and PC. The game is available for purchase now at video game retailers and on Steam in the Americas. Each individual chapter of The Lost Crowns trilogy will be available for purchase in the Americas via the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Marketplace, and Steam for a SRP of $9.99 USD. The Steam season pass encompassing all three chapters of The Lost Crowns trilogy will be available for a SRP of $24.99 USD.
Mostly just read the bottom part for info on the season pass.
