The buyer of A's resell should be asking who the other resell is before buying. If he buys after knowing who the other resell is, he takes that risk.

Evolution has said that you are a dirty peasant and a freeloader. As such, priority has been given to fixing the unexpected (sure) server issues for people who purchased the game. (okay, maybe they didn't exactly say that)

Man you are so right about this! this is a very similar scenario to the locked phantom when you are running the same risk by having two extra resells that might decide to sell the game in the future... but I think the main issue would be the big difference in price between the LP vs. the RS so for a $5 discount (30/20/10 vs. 35/25) you are technically adding another resell to the group, especially when there are a number of LP that let you acquire trophies on your main.

What happened with these COD groups is that (I assume) the first one to make a group just slashed $15 from the resell and phantom value ending up with the 20/10 structure and the rest of us just followed the trend, for me personally (as you mentioned before) a different structure should be applied to games which prices are lower than $40, members creating new groups for COD: AW should be free to use the 17.5/12.5 or 18/12 that was used for almost all of Destiny groups if they feel is more fair for them, also I would suggest an other structure if anyone wants to make a risk free groups: PS4 R-27.5 / PS4 P-12.5 / PS3 P-5.0 X 4 this would be specially good for anyone planning on keeping the game longer than 6 months because after that you would have 5 more phantoms to sell and still get a discount over a normal $35 resell

Not sure what you guys are talkin about. I merely ate 2 bucks of the ps4 phantom cost to help fill the slot since everyone and their mother always wants resells. If I knew it woulda filled anyway I wouldn't have discounted it

PS4 phantoms for new groups are always easy to find the PS3 spots are the ones that take time to fill up... but I believe that new groups are going to use the normal pricing structure.

P.S. I really like what RPG did with the pricing to avoid risks of having too many resells

Haven't been checking this forum regularly and saw that there was over 300 posts I had to read through. After first 100 about CoD figured I would skip to the last post to see what's available.

I wouldn't sell an account to someone I didn't trust. I was in talks with away for a while and notified him and Miguel (the other resell) of me selling the account. I made sure to clear it with Miguel first before I went ahead with the sell. If Miguel did not want me to resell the account to him he would've said so and I would not have sold it to him.

How else do you guys expect to grow a community if not trusting others?

In response to the newbie 'Away' who is a brand new member with only 4 posts within a 1 week period :

"This is not about you, but the action made by another reg selling a resell share to a newbie. you could be the kindest most adorable cutesy butterball in the world, but without concrete trial through gaining adequate trust through loyalty and a handful of trustful phantom transactions, we will never know what your character and intentions truly are.

Also, any CAG can create another account and use that new account as a dummy account to swindle shares 'unexpectingly' - meaning, CAG's can use another account to reset shares without anyone suspecting a thing -

This is the main reason I frown against Regs or any other CAG selling resells to newbies. - Because thieves and fraud exist."

Trust is something given for longterm, the long run.. If you wanted to find a babysitter for your child, or a maid to clean your apartment, wanted to buy an item from a seller on ebay, or wanted to give your credit card information over the phone to someone.. you make sure you take the necessary steps to ensure yours and others saftey from theft and worse scenarios.

This situation with gameshare resells is even that they are much more riskier and demands attention for the long run because the current resell shares are not the only holders for a lifetime. There are two(2) resell shares and only one(1) holder needs to be a bad apple to spoil the entire account. - Absolute consideration for future members is needed to achieve this -

 
Can someone PM me with a solution to this.
My buddy phantom'd my account to get NBA 2k15, and he downloaded. I deactivated him and started downloading on my PS4, activating it. Now he's locked out. Please, somebody help me.

One of 3 things.

He didn't log out of the account.

He tried to access the account after the deactivate.

He never activated as the primary PS4.

There's probably not anything you can do at this point as it takes 6 months before you can do another website deactivate of your account.

Everything you are saying is extremely circumstantial. At the end of the day this is still the internet and anyone is capable of anything. Any reputable CAG can just decide to go rogue at any time and swindle people. The basic premise is there is a reason why people buy resell slots. That is to resell them, as long as the other joint party does not have a problem with it there is no reason to exclude others from buying them. It's based on my judgement and if I make a mistake then it's my fault and I will take the blame and deal with it accordingly.

On another note to anyone who wants to resell what they have, make sure you clear it with the other holder first and make them aware of the user you are selling it to. Every group I've hosted and held a resell on, when I sold it I linked the person I was selling the account to the other owner and made sure they were fine with it. The only times I don't do that is when I pick up 2nd hand shares where that information was never passed to me. I am not doing anything shady with my shares or even trying to resell outside the site.

You yourself have experience with this process, we shared XCOM I believe and I messaged you when I was phantoming the account, and if someone wants to buy my resell I will clear it wit you first of course.

Just because bad things/people exist doesn't mean we should exclude and discriminate against others. If that was the case the world would be a terrible place. Of course that isn't a license to be 100% trustworthy of anything but exercise your own judgement and make your own decisions. Back on topic, that is the point of the resell slot, to resell it.

I don't think you can have simultaneous logins with GameCenter, unless they changed something this year. It'll log you out when the other connects.

If you need multiple logins, you might want to try HockeyStreams. You can do as many devices as you want as long as they're all from the same IP address, although I'm not sure how the setup would work if you're looking to use your PS4 as the source.

Very few do this (let the other owner know of the change). It's fairly simple to do and should be done in all cases, but it's not.

All you have to say is that you are clearing it with the other resell.

Exactly, that is how a lot of confusion happens. I would never want to undermine another resell slot holder or make them worry about their slot. If they are uncomfortable with another user and say they don't want to be the joint account holder with that user then it's good etiquette on here not to complete the transaction.

What I also do is keep all my original PMs where I receive/transfer information between other resell slot holders so I have the original information to go back to just in case. I have PMs in my inbox close to 2 years old.

I highly encourage all PS3 hosts in the future to purchase the account and sell (3) Phantoms, holding on to the account entirely.. This is what I do and a few others eliminating all risk of having your accounts sniped. At the end of the day if your account/resell share is sniped/stolen/deactivated, the members disagreeing with my warning will only have "well, that sucks" to say to you without any compensation and you're assed-out on your resell.

The only sure way to prevent this is keeping both resells and selling a resell off as a phantom and changing the password,  you'll be keeping  the entire account and you'll even have 3 more phantoms to sell in 6 months time.

That is also a valid option for veteran CAGs. But as someone who doesn't plan to hold slots for all that long or like the idea of fronting more $ for something unnecessarily that isn't an option I would go to too often. Only if no one wanted a 2nd resell and only a complete new comer would buy it.

Even when you give newbies phantoms they can snipe it, it's not just resells.
