Look I never said Assassin's Creed was a good series. I just said there's no reason to wish it away. Play other fuck ing games. Ignore that it exists. There is no basis for wishing death upon me for saying so. It's bullshit. I don't wish death upon others just because they have a differing opinion to mine. I can understand trolling and all but dammit there are times when it's not funny at all. People have been driven over the edge for less. I've lost people in my life over petty fuck ing bullshit before and all because some jackass thought some stupid shit was funny. Wether implied or not wishing death upon anyone is cruel. Sometimes that's the last push a person needs when they are already in a bad place to send them over the edge. Please just give it a rest.

Hey got a question about steam cards.The booster packs, how do those work. Do you have to play the game to get booster packs or all you have to do is just log into steam and they pop up in your account. Meaning if i have Game A,B,C and play just game A and B after getting all of the card drops for all 3 games, If i dont play  Game C anymore is there any chance i would get a booster pack in that game. Or you have to play the games to have a chance to get boosters. Also has anyone ever gotten a booster pack

p.s. your badges page tells you which games you're eligible for booster packs ... click on View my booster pack eligibility

Basically, you have to have a game that has cards, and they've all dropped.

Once you get all the card drops for a game via either playing it or idling it, that game is eligible for a booster pack. You are only required to log into Steam on a weekly basis for this to occur.

no i got around 50 games. Just started a few weeks back, starting to worry the pc is going to become my next vita, where i buy a ton of games and never play them. I was just wondering do you have to play the games in order to have a chance for a booster pack or just logging in and playing ANY game gets you a chance to win a booster pack for any game (even though you may not play them anymore)

How can I get a booster pack?
Once you have received all of your card drops, you become eligible for a booster pack, which is a set of 3 trading cards that may include both basic and foil cards. Booster packs are granted randomly to eligible users as more badges are crafted by members of the community. Make sure you log in to Steam each week to maintain eligibility.
That is what threw me, so all you have to do is log into steam, you dont have to play the games?

For games to be eligible for booster packs, they have to have had dropped all their cards. The only way for that to occur is either by playing or idling said game. Then to claim the random booster packs, all that needs to be done is to log in at least once a week.

thanks. drops must be hard to come by, been playing one game for almost 30 hours and never got a booster, that is why i was wondering

Yeah, the booster drop rate is an infinitesimally small percentage. They're really only designed to refill the card pool from people crafting badges. Definitely not something that should be relied upon if you intend to sell your cards for Gaben bux.

 
Even with all of this though getting a booster pack is VERY RARE. Not to mention that the booster pack you get may also have cards that you collected during your drops. More than likely you would be better off actually trading with other people on Steam.

what level are you though, heard the higher the better. Yea i would never buy booster packs, There was one game that had 4 drops and all 4 drops were the same freaking card. At least i sold all 4 for 24 cents (only paid 25 cents for the game)

Backlogging games is one of the meta-games of both Steam + CAG.

My signature usually becomes true of most CAG's, whether they want it to or not.
