I don't drink soft drinks anymore except for Zevia which is naturally sweetened. Found out recently they have a cherry cola and I bought some. So good. They don't sell Cherry Coke in Canada.
I know its unhealthy but I love HFCS, but I'll give Stevia drinks a try if I see them in the grocery store. I've always hated the taste of diet drinks but I think when I tried them they were all using some other sweetener.

Ugh, with the 'natural' claim on Stevia. Guess what, HFCS is just as 'natural'. Both come from plants, both are highly processed to get to their final product. Stevia may have no calories, but it still fucks with your body chemistry by making your body react as if it had gotten a dose of sugar. If you want to drink something sweetened, try and find stuff made with cane sugar, and just get off your ass and burn the calories.

That was the old thread that was closed when the 'new' rep came on board and created a new thread.
So, are you suggesting we are going to get a new amazon's rep? Because excuse me, last night on chat we talked about some glory godlike things , that now I'm super excited.

And now the new one is just a sad gathering place of people who make snarky comments about Josh and wistful reminiscences about Tony. Nary a deal in sight lo these many months (crappy ones don't count).

What happened with amazon thread? New rep incoming? I'm eager to know something, please.

Looks like both Amazon threads (old and new-er) were deleted or at least hidden. Neither show up in my content anymore.

Give your experiences on Hatoful Boyfriend. <3
It's a game in which you play a human female who goes to a school for birds. It's absurd and hilarious but I haven't played enough of it yet. I tried writing up more about this but I accidentally deleted it and don't feel like doing it again. Besides that I feel the stuff I first wrote may have been too spoilery anyway. Let's just say this is the sort of game you will want to see for yourself as any description will seem insane to begin with.

i got betray by my slave sepioth why he does and scare derby cyrus away and greenday got scraed came back and trava u miss party that u love

Somebody wants speech from experience on Hatoful?

Alright, well some good things about it I didn't expect, are that it really knows what it appears to be in the surface at first glance, and doesn't take itself seriously at all.  From the "human form" portraits of the birds(one especially), your character's humble abode, and some satire of jrpg's, this is probably at least a bit of a satire on Japanese dating sims.

On top of that and often being funny, you start to discover soon enough that there is a darker conspiracy storyline going on underneath all the cheery, high school elective class attending.

I think it's rather fun, for what it is, and I really cannot complain since it was a bday gift.

Yeah Okosan was hilarious. The Tanabata scene was pretty damn hilarious as well with that one Tanabata card.

I enjoyed it a ton; it's probably one of my favorite games of the year (yes, I'm being 100% serious).

im so getting Hatoful Boyfriend as a joke gift for my cousin. Actually my niece may think its cute... is it apropriate for a child? (8) Theres no 18+ stuff in it is there?
It gets - really - dark once you get into what I would consider the core of the experience. Nothing sexual if that's what your worried about, but it talks about some really dark, mature stuff that I wasn't expecting in a game like it.

Is this an allusion to the ending that you get after you play through several times? I read in PC Gamer that you have to choose different options in several playthroughs to get to the real ending of the game (unless I'm mixing this up with another weaboo game).

[customspoiler="possible minor spoilers"]
After getting several of the endings just going through the game normally, you unlock a mode called "Hurtful Boyfriend", which is the longest portion of the game. There's no dating here, pretty much the strict reading and a few (I assume non important) choices, and the story gets really dark and serious. The stuff they tackle is pretty insane, but it's all done really well and I was incredibly invested in the characters and narrative by the time I finished it.
[/customspoiler]

I feel saying it kept me up playing/reading into the middle of the night and had me almost crying at parts is about the highest praise I can probably give it. It's good, and almost entirely not what I expected.

Dunno if I should trade it off, I don't really play these games. :p

not interested then. like most people, i only play pigeon games for the sex.

Unrelated Origin question, if you try to activate a key that has already been activated, Origin will tell you if it's used right away, correct?

WTF? I got an email notification that FF XIV was 50% off, and the link took me to the store page which confirmed that. But less than an hour later, the discount is gone and the game is full price.

Here's a list of keys added from previous bundles that I somehow missed redeeming, so I assume weren't posted here at least for DIG purchasers (hopefully it helps someone):

Sam Glyph: Private Eye (Indie Gala Greenlight 4 - ran in mid September)

Sinister City (spoder posted the link but I had it from DIG Super Bundle 5 and IG Greenlight 1, so I still had the two Desura keys from DIG to redeem - replace xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx with the Desura key)

Data Hacker: Corruption (DIG Super Bundle 5, Groupees Ajay, IR Mixer 4, Lazy Guys Blurred Shapes)

Power-Up (DIG Super Bundle 6, Lazy Guys Blurred Shapes, Groupees Build a Bundle 8)

Claustrophobia: The Downward Struggle (IR Debut 8, redeem from Desura client first and then get the one from IR)

With DIG you need to email [email protected] and include your Desura key/s and your unique Paypal transaction ID.  If you have a searchable inbox, search Super Bundle 5 (or 6) for the Desura keys and Paypal Muresan for your Paypal transactions (may also show up under the Super Bundle search if that's included in the receipt).  Not too bad.
